Envision Painting and Roofing

The team was in constant communication before and after the job. The job was a special 1499 dollars exterior paint service. After walk thru the team pointed out several mud tapping joints under the porches needed repair. The house is 19yrs old. They offered to use mesh tape and new mud for 200 dollars. Also my garage trim had been falling apart. They replaced with new trim with flashing and rubber barrier for 150 dollars. The house is 1300 sq ft. The team took two days ~8am-3pm to complete the job. All cracks were sealed in the stucco and muddling was done. Second day was all painting. The team did a fantastic job and I will use again in the future or recommend to others.

They were great with follow up, communication and they did what they said they were going to do. They painted inside the entire house and they did not stop until they did a great job. They said that they would stain my wood as the same exact color as my floor and they did and it looks brilliant. My floor is tile and now nobody thinks its tile anymore. They custom mix my stain and I think they are excellent strainers. They did such good job I will use them to paint my garage door. From I met him I knew I was going to hire him. They sent two guys here to do follow up. I think I got a fair price. They taped up everything to stain and then untapped and then tape again for the rolling. He has a very good project manager and people that work for him know what is expected of the company.

Great job. Very professional. Fixed areas that I was not 100% satisfied with right away. No hesitation to add on ceilings and doors when we decided would look better if also painted. Completed in time that initially estimated despite add ons.

Could not have gone smoother start to finish. Pete was very reachable by phone and either answered or returned calls promptly. It was quality work, punctual, professional and priced competitively. So fair, that we searched other properties that he had completed. We were pleased with what we could see and scheduled him to start our project the week of Sept 15th. So far we are pleased and looking forward to the completed project.

Pete arrived at the appointed hour to review the job. He was very attentive to detail. Pete is an excellent listener and conveyed my thoughts to the work crew. That evening I received a detailed and professionally prepared bid to do the job. His price was competitive and I gave him the job. His foreman Victor and the crew were excellent. Anything I pointed out to Victor he took care of with a smile. I was on a very tight schedule because I had termite treatment and garage floor coating scheduled after this work. I had previously selected a painting contractor from Craig's List and the guy failed to show at the agreed upon start of the job or answer his telephone. Pete and his crew stepped up and completed my job to keep me on schedule. We had rain this past weekend that caused the job to run longer due to drying time affected by the rain and humidity. Victor gave up his Sunday to complete the job on time so that the flooring guy could start this morning. I cannot give Victor enough thanks. I will be calling Pete in November to bid on a bigger job inside the house. You cannot go wrong choosing Envision Painting.

We scheduled an appointment to meet Pete Schnepp at our house for an estimate and ultimately decided to use his company to paint the exterior of our home. Both Pete and his painting crew (Victor, Manuel, and Luiz) were professional from start to finish and we are very satisfied with the end result. We had a synthetic stucco finish on our home which presented some challenges, but Pete was flexible and deducted his paint cost from his estimate so that we could then purchase our own paint (compatible with our surface material), which Envision then applied. We were also pleased that the crew was responsive to our special requests and paid attention to details along the way. Pete and his crew were also very friendly, trustworthy, and easy to communicate with. Our only complaint (not a big one) is that regular masking tape (versus blue tape) was used to prep surfaces for painting. On hot summer days like these, this resulted in tape residue (adhesive) being deposited on some of our unpainted surfaces. The crew tried to clean up most of it for us, but we are still finding some residual areas that we are addressing ourselves. All in, a very good experience.

The service went perfectly. Three people came out for the service. They were very efficient and did a great job. They were great with the clean up and left no mess. The pricing was very reasonable and the best quote we got. We had no issues with scheduling and I would definitely use this company again.

"Adam" was very responsive to our request for an estimate and it was provided in 3-4 days. Communication was excellent by both telephone and e-mail. The service began on the agreed-to date and was completed in 4 days. The painters on the job every day were very professional. All of the masking and "covering" performed for the job was sufficient to prevent overspray/overpaint in most cases. An instance of overspray involving door color discovered after the crew left was quickly resolved. There were some discussions about scope of the job, but competitive research showed compliance with "typical" practices in this market area. Specifically, the power wash phase of the job left water marks on all of the windows. I explained that the windows had be cleaned just 2 months prior, but was informed that "window cleaning" was not part of the job. In another case, caulking between the two wooden boards that comprised the fascia was not included in the "typical" local job practices in spite of some obvious gaps. (Impossible to think of everything at contract signing!). Overall we were very pleased with the results and would use this company again.

Absolutely as perfect a job as humanly possible!!!! We are so happy with the results! EXTERIOR: This company (Adam) was the only one who addressed the worn trim around our garage doors and that they could replace that trim and with the new paint being done, the doors would look so much better. It was $150 well spent as an added option. Adam also was much more thorough in that he pointed out the few "chalky" places on our stucco, and that they did extra primer on those more chalky places where it was in the worst condition. Other painters never even addressed the chalky areas on the stucco, much less any extra primer being applied to those areas on the house. Their price was in the middle as far as the other quotes we got. One painter was going to do only ONE coat outside, thus much cheaper, but that's not what we wanted. They did two coats, covered everything beautifully, and did semigloss on the garage doors, which looked SO GREAT after they had done the trim replacement mentioned above. We have some wood trim (even being in Arizona), and they did enough coverage to coat the wood well. I've seen our same model painted with the wood coverage looking very skimpy and downright dry. Ours looks perfect. INTERIOR: The interior job got off to a bit of a rocky start with a bit of trouble getting the interior crew to cover/protect our floors and furniture and stay on track in progressing the job along, but Adam was very responsive and made sure the foreman, Victor, actually stayed on the jobsite each day for the rest of the job. He was so efficient and kept things running very smoothly. They did beautiful detail work on all the straight edges along all the ceilings, every straight edge where the color changed and also in the detailed areas where we had feature wall color done. The repairs to the ceiling looked undetectable once painted. They were always on the job promptly every morning. It was no problem to have Victor promptly come back to do a few touchups we missed catching the first time walking through, as there are always touchups on a paint job. ** Our house looks beautiful ** GREAT JOB!!!!

Pricing was fair and consistent with the other bids we received. The workers were friendly and accommodating. They didn't clean up as well as I would have liked, but it was acceptable. My husband really liked the communication from salesperson. They gave a lot of details about the work they would do and were able to answer all of the questions we had.

Work was completed in a professional manner and on time. I would use them again. Good crew worked hard and knew what was to be done and worked expeditiously to complete the work.

The crew worked for five days and did an exceptional job. They always asked for feedback for how things were going (in my view) and every guy working could not have been more professional. I have used them three times now for both interior and exterior painting. I will definitely use Envision Painting again.

They did a good job. I had to kind of watch over things and kind of monitor the situation but they did a good job when it’s all said and done.

He was punctual, professional. Discussed types of paint, quality, where to paint, timeframe, cost. I interviewed 3 companies but decided to go with another company. No specific reason why I did not choose this company. Pricing was very close with all three that I interviewed.

He was professional and arrived on time. We received a lower bid so we are not proceeding with work but he was our second choice for price and professionalism.

They did a quality job at a fair price. They came back when we found some spots they had missed so overall I think it was a good experience.

Envision Painting did an amazing job transforming a house that had been neglected for years into a beautiful showpiece. On a technical note, they provided a "color preview" service at no charge where they took pictures of the home and overlaid various color so we could make the right selection. This was a HUGE benefit since we almost chose the wrong color. In terms of the actual work, there was over 20 feet of fascia to be replaced, hundreds of feet of trim to be prepped / painted, a lattice roof to be repaired / painted, and a main roof that needed repair and re-coating. The team worked tirelessly for almost two weeks, really caring to make it look like new and it does! Their favorite words were "no problem, we will take care of that" down to the smallest detail, never adding any additional charges. When we had the deck railing repaired right at the end of the job, they added the painting of this for a minimal charge, and went way beyond our expectations fixing some nasty wood problems the carpenter could not even fix. It might seem strange to say, but some of the painters even sang while working, which we thought was great. They obviously love what they do. Thank you so much Envision!

Once started the work was completed within 3 days. The crew was neat and professional. Pete honored the angies list discount coupon for additional savings.

I write this six months later but I'm certain there were no problems. the work was completed quickly and efficiently. I don't think I am particularly picayune in judging the quality of the work. It looked good. There were a few areas where borders overlapped slightly but this was a minor issue. s

Showed up when scheduled, Performed the work cleaned up the area.

It was a real challenge because we had 4 different colors with 2 different types of paint each. I drew lines where I wanted one type of paint to start and the other to stop. They did a fabulous job with the details. They were always on time and cleaned up after themselves. They all stayed until the supervisor and I walked through and inspected the whole job. I would definitely use them again.

It went well. Pete was very easy to deal with. very neat painters ...on time and cleanup was great. Work was done as promised and I was very happy with the results. I would recommend them and use them again myself.
