Description of Work: They charged us $110 per pound of Freon and made us believe that you could not get Freon anymore. I called about a dozen or so other AC service companies and they were in the $40-$65 range. All it was that drained the Freon was a simple leak in a line elbow. These guys are the classic example of taking advantage of someone when it is hot and their AC is out. DO NOT EVER USE THESE FOLKS! I have the bill to prove their con artists!

+ -1 moreWe called for them to come out just for check, and he came out the next day. They always offer other products and services, but they are not to pushy about it. So far we have been happy with our relationship with them.
Description of Work: we have contract with them they come twice a year and check our unit.We also had them add insulation to the attic and it had helped.
