 + -1 moreI phoned to scheduled an appt and left a message. When I didn't hear back the following day, I left another message. Robert returned the call later in the day, and said he had returned the call the previous day, but he believes he wrote my number down incorrectly. We set an appt two days later. I am in north Phoenix, and his business is located in south Phx/Gilbert/Queen Creek, so he does not get out our way often. He had another appt scheduled in central Phoenix and coordinated the two. However, even though the other appt was canceled, he still kept our appt. He arrived on time and the work was done quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and helpful all the way around.
Description of Work: Robert reconfigured our networked home computers, which was required after we had one of our hard drives replaced. This included re-establishing our internet and email connections via a shared router, shared printer, and he even added a shared DVD drive. As a bonus, he also tested the DVD drive on a 3rd computer to determine if it was a defective drive or a system/software problem and advised us to contact the manufacturer as it was still under warranty.

Description of Work: Our computer had a virus that was causing problems with pop-ups. Egghead Computer Repair came out, picked up the CPU, cleaned it up and returned it the next day. It was completely cleaned up. He was timely and knowledgable.

 + -1 moreROBERT JONES OWNS HIS OWN BUSINESS AND HE SAVED US FROM A DISASTER. HE WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE - ALMOST AMAZING. HE FIXED ALL OF OUR COMPUTERS AND MADE CHANGES TO REDUCE SPAM AND PUT ON FIREWALLS AND CLEANED THE HARDDRIVES. HE IS CONTINUALLY COMING OVER TO HELP WHEN WE NEED IT. HIS SERVICE WAS PRICELESS. GREAT GUY - WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Description of Work: REPAIRED ALL OF OUR COMPUTERS WHEN A VIRUS ATTACKED THEM. INSTALLED VIRUS PROTECTION AND RETRIEVED ALL OF OUR PERSONAL DATA.
