Idon't know where the one review on this site came from but the owner of Earth Water Fire is Sal Rosales. Sal has been in the business many years and had done a number of yards in my neighborhood and was highly recommended by a neighbor. We thought we would never find a landscaper for the yard that we could trust. The first one we called, very popular in this area, came right over, we went over what we wanted and he said he would get right back; never heard from him again. The second one was the landscaper for the development. She came right out and we went over what we wanted and sent a bid. I asked some questions and never got an answer. Also she would only show us a plan after we paid. The third was recommended by a representative of the builder, he came right out and said he would be back in two days; never saw him again. I was ready to pave the back yard. When a neighbor recommended Sal, she said he might seem expensive but he used top quality products, was very creative and always meets his commitments. We called Sal he came over and we discussed what we wanted, he made a number of recommendations and said he would be back in two days. We thought, well we will see. In two days he called and set a time. He showed up at the house with a color drawing and a proposal. The drawing was really creative and we loved the plan. We made a few minor changes like the type of fountian and some plants and came to an agreement. I gave him half down as the neighbors said he could be absolutely trusted. He said he could not start for a week because he had six other jobs going. He put thru the paper work with the HOA and got the approval. A few days later there were four guys in our back yard. One week later we have a beautiful back yard that both my wife and I love. We highly recommend Sal and his crew. They are very professional, on time and get the job done.

The owner, Andrew Smith, said he was a pastor. The workers he sent out didn't even have tools. They used my tools, and some of them were destroyed beyond repair. I was told that the tools would be replaced, but they never were. One of the workers was supposed to come back to spray for weeds and pre-emergent, but he never showed up. I ended up having to hire someone else, and pay more money to finish the job that Earth Water Fire couldn't do.
