The gentleman was very professional and clean. He made sure to put a special cover on his shoes so he didn't track dirt through my house which I appreciated. He made sure to sweep up after his mess. I couldn't think of anything else that they could have done to make sure to take care of my home. The owner did the work on my water heater, he is an outstanding person. Immediately, I felt comfortable with him and he's very trustworthy. He was intelligent and honest, that is why when I needed another service I didn't look around. I contacted Eagle Services again.

I called and told them exact make and model of my water heater and the part that needed to be replaced. When they arrived they said they didn't have the part, and that I would need to order it and have it over-nighted. However, they wanted to charge me $70 just for coming out, and charge me another $70 to come out the second time, on top of the repair price. I complained to the repairman that they shouldn't charge me twice if they don't have the part. So he called the office to see if he could have the first $70 waived. They said no, they wouldn't waive it, they had to charge me twice.

I have used them 3 different times because they are so good. They have fixed my heater, my air conditioner, and done some electrical work for me. They always do a great job, and have reasonable prices.
