DIVERSIFIED BUILDERS SUPPLY

Diversified is an awesome company and their prices are great. They were willing to work with me on what I needed, but also displayed several different options to me. I went with my choices, however; I did appreciate their different options, too. They are a really good company.

I went to Diversified Builder Supply's showroom because I was interested in the stone veneer and gas fireplaces they were supposed to sell. The person in their office didn't know much about their products, and said I needed to make an appointment with their salesperson. It was almost a month from when I called to when they could give me an appointment. I took off from work to be at home for the appointment. The salesperson didn't didn't call to cancel the appointment, didn't show up, and didn't call back afterward to explain why he didn't show up. I called the office and asked if there was another salesperson I could deal with. They said there wasn't, I had to deal with this particular individual. I got the impression from them that they got a lot of annoyed calls like this. Anyway, I left several messages for the salesperson to see if he had any reasonable excuse for not showing up, but he refused to respond to any. In summary, a big waste of my time.

SO FAR MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN GOOD. IT HAS NOT BEEN COLD ENOUGH TO USE THE FIREPLACE YET. IT IS A NICE FIREPLACE WITH DECORATIVE LOGS & GLASS FACING. I LIKE THE FACT THAT YOU TURN ON A SWITCH & IT STARTS UP. I WAS GIVEN A COMPLETE ORIENTATION ON WHAT EVERYTHING WAS & HOW TO OPERATE IT.
