Aldo was very prompt in arriving when he said he would. The initial installation of the stone went fairly well except for in a few spots. The major problem occurred when the basin was grouted with the epoxy. Appears that contractor has never worked with Epoxy grout before. Contractor attempted to mix small batches of epoxy versus mixing entire content of one gallon container. According to manufacturer, Mapei, due to the fact that the product chemistry is proportioned by weight, the only way to insure that the product is correctly mixed is to mix entire contents of part A with Part B. This is online one of the instructions. Contractor failed to follow manufacturers recommended instructions. As a result the applied epoxy is failing. So far, wash-out has occurred in five different locations. End result is that pool will require removal of said grout mechanically and proper re-grouting. Contractor did put four more hours in as part of attempted resolution, but refuses to re-grout.

He offers a true pride of craftsmanship, something that is very difficult to find in the metro Phoenix area, and he is extremely reasonably priced as well. The experience was so wonderful that we have already referred him to many friends and co-workers... all with great success! Every person loved the results and not one complained about the price. REFERRAL WAS VERY IMPORTANT. I ALSO CALLED FIVE OTHER INSTALLERS. EXTREMELY GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO.
