I scheduled a detail cleaning which I was given an estimate for 225.00. I thought was very reasonable. I came home to look things over and there were several things that were missed. I called the owner and spoke to him and he seemed to be very shocked that I had a complaint. I had specifically discussed with him the night before what I wanted done. I wanted the walls/baseboards cleaned from the floor up to 3ft cleaned. Due to my dogs and all of the doors cleaned both sides. Appliances were not cleaned, glass on china cabinets were not cleaned, on top of microwave was not cleaned. Patio doors with windows were not cleaned. Laundry room baseboards and cabinets were not cleaned. However, the things that were cleaned were done very well. They were scheduled to come out the next morning after 9:00 and I had to place a call to the owner again to get a time. They came out that afternoon and corrected the issues. I tried to email them to set up for bi-weekly cleanings but they never called me back. I was willing to work with them due to the communication issue. I was happy with the final turn out once they came back out to complete the detail job.
