The whole team was great to work with. Great work ethic and did a great job. My patio steps were unsafe and they extended the steps and added a railing. The side walk that leads to the garage side door was replaced. If you need brick and concrete work done these are guys you want.

JP was great to work with & did a great job on my driveway repair for a reasonable price. Competitors all had a project minimum price way above my price.

Deep South Pacific is a company run by JP, who is wonderful. He was very responsive, always on time, and communicated with me constantly about my preferences at each step of the process. I never had to worry whether or not the work would get done. His landscape workers are wonderful; I've never seen a happier crew -- laughing and joking all the time. They said what they would do and did what they said they would do. When I was unhappy with how something looked, no question was asked; they just jumped right in to fix it. I never had one problem with them. Will I use them again? Absolutely! In fact, they will be redoing the brickwork in my back patio this fall.

JP was awesome and his team was wonderful!!! Everything turned out great!!! We love our backyard!!! They started in early on the project and completed it right on time!!! Give the team their own trash receptacle so that they can take it with them!!! They left behind a few water bottles - some empty and a couple partially filled.

JP and his team were wonderful. They honored their quotes and were amazingly efficient. I could not believe they were on time, respectful, resourceful and ensured the job was to my satisfaction. I love my backyard it is beautiful. Thanks to JP we have a shelter, patio, decorated hot tub area. I would highly recommend JP and his team!

JP was great. He was always in contact with me from the beginning of the project until it was completed. He was always on time and pleasant to work with. He said the project would take a week, and it was completed in 3 days. I couldn't be any happier with their work, attention to detail, and communication. I will hire again.

" I needed grading done to keep water away from my house foundation. JP and his team moved rock, placed clean dirt fill, compacted it, placed plastic weed barrier over dirt, and replaced rock. They sloped it away from my foundation, just as I asked. They were very efficient and showed me every step of the way what they were doing. Everything was cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely recommend Deep South Pacific, if you need this kind of work done.

JP and his crew did an excellent job for us. They over delivered on his promise to surprise us with the quality of their work. We had a fairly large job and they knocked it out in no time. They paid attention to detail and JP communicated throughout the entire process which is becoming more rare these days. He actually appreciated the job and work! Would hire again without hesitation. I posted a request for a quote and Pulu responded within 1/2-hour. He came to our home the same day. After we hired the company, workers arrived on time and performed the work beautifully and as promised. Easy to work with. Strongly recommend.

I cannot emphasize how helpful JP was with my landscape renovations. He walked me through the process and the price was beyond fair. He graded my entire property (multi-family duplex) and the alley so we could have dual access. Did design rocks and pavers in the front yard. 3 car long 2 car wide driveway. Astroturf on the front yard. Quarter minus in back for driving surface safety. A privacy gate and recommended HVAC which I will probably now hire because JP said they were good. He finished on time when he said he would and pricing was best in town. He and his crew were truly a blessing.

I hired jp to install pavers in my backyard, him and his crew went above and beyond, adjusted to all small hiccups that came up and created exactly what I was picturing.

I hired JP and his team to install a paver walkway from driveway to the front door, and in the other direction from the driveway to the back patio (a long way!). They first had to remove some existing concrete. He did come sooner than planned without notice; I was glad to get it done but I wasn't prepared when they showed up and hadn't removed everything from the area where they would work. The pavers a lovely and seem to be set securely. They pack down the base with a machine, and made sure the pavers were level and straight. I am very happy with the finished product. It was more expensive than I had hoped but I didn't get other prices so I can't judge it the price was high or not. The team was friendly and polite. Overall good job.

JP and crew did a beautiful job! Punctual, expedient, and very thorough! A super group to work with as they treated me respectfully and personally. Helped in the planning as I was not sure what I wanted or needed. I will definitely use again and refer all I know to them! Thanks JP and gang!

I hired JP and his crew to do a massive project which involved placing boulders around three sides of my yard to mitigate erosion. He delivered a better result than expected and although it was a pricey project I felt he gave me more than what I paid for. The project took a couple of weeks but that was mostly due to it being done over the Christmas and New Years day holidays. I was told that the job would take one to one and half days to complete. I told them that time was important and had to be completed on time. They brought in extra people and had the job completed in about six hours. Was very impressed with the work and professionalism that they conveyed. Would hire them again in a heart beat and highly recommend them !!

Deep South came up with a solution to my drainage problem that did not work as proposed. After several weeks they did do some corrective action that helped but did not solve problem completely. There was settling along the trench that they backfilled and I have not been able to get them out to correct it. Overall, I am dissatisfied.

They came out for a small project. Did what they said, completed project in 2 days (16 hours total). Cleaned up are. Polite and courteous.

A little confusion on getting the initial quote done but not a big deal. Great attitude, JP used multiple crews to get the work done quickly and effectively. Work looks great and we retained him to do a couple more jobs. Restored my faith in contractors, highly recommended.

JP is extremely responsive, professional, friendly and easy to work with. I had an issue with water flow on my property. JP came up with a plan that was similar to others that quoted the job, but at a much more reasonable cost. He was able to start the project earlier than predicted and completed the job in one day, instead of the estimated two days. He and his crew worked hard, despite the fact it rained all day. I am planning to do the "fun" landscaping on my property soon and will definitely call JP. The only reason I did not give him a 5 on work quality is there was quite a bit of clean-up left behind for me to do.

I contacted Deep South initially for a small project, to install some French Drains to stop destructive water flow during Phoenix monsoons; and then to reslope my rock driveway. However, as I spoke with JP, I was surprised and pleased at his recommendation to pave this area (9000 sqft!) with pavers. More importantly, the price was incredible. So, what started a a simple 'dig a hole and level some rock' turned into a 2 week project! JP was professional, visited the site often, showed up on time and the quality was spot on. We cannot believe how differently the house looks, it turned out great. Now, they ran a driveway back to my detached garage as well; and they had to build an elevated path which is sloped (in my opinion) a bit severely but JP says it will work; if not I have every assurance and belief that he would make it right. I mention this not to say it was not done right; rather, that I have every confidence that JP and his crew know what they are doing and stand behind what they build. JP implemented my idea about the French drains, and they work great! We had a storm mid-project, and sure enough they did the job! This was a massive job, again over 9,000 sqft of pavers, prep work was done correctly and for the most part flat and true. They went the extra step to ensure the pavers linked up to the road and even put a little asphalt in to match. JP was able to match some unusual rock we had in the front yard, too. In conclusion, I would not hesitate to hire JP for any project small to big, and you can be assured that you will get value, quality, timeliness, and an end product that will amaze. If anyone wants some pictures, let JP know and I will email them. NO MORE WATER, NO MORE RUNOFF, NO MORE DIRT AND MUD ON MY CARS, ROAD, ETC! Very excited! Hire this guy!

JP was a true honest professional. I received several quotes for my 10 x 10 cement slab, retainer wall, pavers and difficult leveling of my RV parking. Not only was his quote the best price, he added some excellent ideas that made the decision to hire him easy. My pavers are beautiful. His crew went the extra mile to create a custom look. The cement work is perfect. His crew used a GPS Lazer leveling device so the slab has a slight runoff for water when it rains. Im happy to say it passed the test PERFECTLY with all the recent rain. JP has exceeded my expectations. So glad I found this company.

JP and his crew are awesome. They work hard and they work fast. When they were done, they cleaned up, and my yard looked better than it did before they had arrived. JP came to my house to discuss what I needed done. To my surprise, he was ready to take care of my project that same day. I had ugly, dead grass that I needed to be removed and replaced with rocks. Other landscapers I had tried to work with had just given me the run around. JP said he could help me and he did. JP is kind and easy to work with. As soon as I talked to him, I felt at ease. I was glad I had him there taking care of my yard. I will be hiring JP and his crew for my next project for sure. Thanks again JP for making my yard look nice again.
