This contractor was prompt in contacting me, and started ahead of schedule. His workers were polite and courteous. The work was very good and the price was below the other bids I got for the work.

They did work that was really fast but of excellent quality. Also communicated well throughout the process.

Responded quickly and did the work quickly....front patio and walk broken flagstones replaced by beautiful pavers....already have complements from neighbors

It took a while to get our schedules coordinated to start but once he started he got the work done quickly, showed up when they said they would, and the work was done well. I had a low wall installed,, extruded ribbon curb installed, new gravel placed, and 3 different concrete slabs poured. I highly recommend JP and his crew.

Let me just start by saying WOW, just WOW!!! And for those of you that don't like details I can just tell you right now to hire JP and his crew. For those of you that want details, read on... From the minute I met JP I knew I wanted him to do our project, he is one of those rare people that just give you a great feeling from the first handshake. And I can assure you he did not disappoint. We had a large project that included demolition of 2 decks, removal of large palm trees and other stumps, removing all of the rock, adding grass, pavers and a small retaining wall/flower bed, plus new irrigation. JP gave us a quote that was in the middle of others we received and it was worth it. The project took a bit longer than expected but that was our fault as we did some changes along the way that JP not only adapted to but made some great design suggestions that turned out better than we could have imagined. Every person he had working at our place was friendly and respectful and always had a smile on their faces, most went out of their way to remember our dogs' names and made sure to say hi to them whenever they were here. In the end the finished product literally made me tear up with happiness. I could go on and on but just do yourself a favor and hire Deep South Pacific for any project they bid on, you will not be disappointed.

JD was the first to respond to our project request and came by, gave great ideas and made it a point to have the project done by the following weekend when we had a graduation party planned. He and his team layed interlocking pavers along our side yard and out to the driveway. He picked the perfect color combination too and it looks amazing. Best part is, this is now a functional area we can actually use! Very professional, very honest and very fair. A good man!

JP and his crew are amazing! JP came out on Monday and gave me a quote and came back the next day and completed everything I asked for plus some that same day! JP even went and picked up my rock for me and saved me delivery charges. They all were very kind and respectful to my parents who were home when they did the landscaping. The work was outstanding! I would definitely recommend them to anyone. We will use them for all our landscaping needs!

The project was top notch. Not only did JP and his Crew consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early. They called me 3 weeks after completing the project to make sure I was still happy with their service and products; and of course, I was!! They provided me with a grading/sloping service to help drain water away from the house. Once that was done they installed my new sprinkler system and graveled my back yard with beautiful multi-color gravel and river rock. It looks FABULOUS!! I'll keep his card for future projects.

Trustworthy, Meticulous, and Conscientious! This review is lengthy but worth the read. JP and his crew removed our 1700 square foot 20-year-old sandstone patio surrounding our pool and replaced it with pavers. Upon meeting JP, he was friendly and honest about what work needed to be done and how long it would take. After going through the needs to be addressed, JP was also eager to hear what our wants were in order to incorporate it all together on ONE BIG JOB. There were curved areas surrounding our kidney-shaped pool, a BBQ island, a walkway, as well as a raised patio where our fireplace is. JP gave us a fair price for the work to be done. He kept within his budget, which was super important to us. He managed the job perfectly within the time frame that he told us it would be done in. There were so many cuts they had to make for our patio, and all were done perfectly. The crew showed up with big smiles every morning and were very nice. They never missed a business day from the day they started. They cleaned the job site after every day and made sure to put everything out of sight at night. Deep South Pacific LLC removed an old drain that was the cause of a lot of our problems with water retention on our patio. We also discovered that the original patio from the previous owner was done incorrectly, causing the stones to dissolve. We also had one landscape light on the side of the raised patio and wanted to have 3 in total as well as have lights on a landscape island. JP gave us all our needs and wants, happily. JP cares about the work he is doing for you very much. They were so meticulous and professional laying out the grid for the pavers, re-pitching the slope of our patio to assure the water would flow the best way possible, and incorporated a new design to the patio for us. Even when I was unsure of the colour we wanted, JP was there to make brilliant suggestions and we could not be happier with the results. He was on site every day and was the first one here day one and the last one to leave on the last day. We talked every day because he wanted to make sure we were happy, and he was eager to address any issues that might have come up. They were truly so amazing to work with that it was sad to know they would not be here afterwards. We will certainly have JP come back to do our courtyard next. You will immediately know that JP is the best person for your job as soon as you meet him. He is warm and approachable, open to brainstorming, and eager to make sure you love the work you hire him to do. We highly recommend JP for your patio work and we know you will not be disappointed. It has been an absolute pleasure to gush about him and his work and we look forward to having him come back again and again for other projects.

They arrived on time and did a nice job; they also cleaned up before they left. The pavers made the area look the best it has in 30 years.

These guys are awesome, would recommend them without hesitation to friends, family flat out anyone that wants quality landscape done right without cutting corners. They install some additional pavers to what was currently in place and exceeded every expectation that I had. I normally don’t fill out these reviews but felt that it was the least that I can do for them since they did such a great job. Will definitely be calling these guys again soon to do more work. Thinking a BBQ island or maybe some raised vegetable gardens.
