Showed up, said he couldn't fix it and was never told it was an Eames chair and still charged me $50 for no service

Dave and his son came in and fixed our furniture and the job was spectacular. The dining room table was so messed up from a dog attack that I was sure it couldnt be fixed. Dave not only fixed the table, but it looks beautiful again. All of the furniture that Dave and his son fixed, were restored back to looking nice. Wonderful Job!

There are some things in life where you really do get what you pay for. People who do good work are in demand, which means that they don't have to be the cheapest around to be the best value and they also are highly sought after....and I believe both of these to be the case with Dave's Furniture Service. So we had Dave repair three bathroom vanities in our rental property. Dave did an absolutely FANTASTIC job not just repairing but restoring the vanities. After filling the chips/gouges/etc. and color matching all of them, he re-clear-coated the entire vanity so the repairs were completely invisible. It took him over a week to be able to come and do the work (he's a one-man band there), but it was well worth the wait. He was very professional through the engagement. I would not categorize him as expensive, but he's not cheap either. But as I said, you get what you pay for. We have a few other pieces that need attention and we will definitely be calling him again for those when the time comes.

Dave repaired an leather stuffed chair that had fractures in the wooden frame. Dave came out, took the covering off the chair bottom and showed me where the problem was. He took the chair back to his shop and had it repaired in a short time. The chair sits well and we are very pleased.

Dave was on time for both projects. Both projects allowed him to take the project to his shop, so that all he had to do was reinstall In our home. He did a great job and we will use him again.

When my first piece of furniture was repaired D helped my with estamates for other furniture repairs and left with another peise for repair.

They were wonderful and we were completely happy with their work.

I called and explained it was a small job. He said he was on his way to Tucson and would call me back. I told him doors were removed and I would bring them to him and pick up when finished. He never returned the call, and have not heard a word.

It went great. He came when he said he would and had all the work done in a couple of weeks.

He showed up on time, helped move some furniture, then got right to work. The tile looked better than new when he was done as did the carpet. He even got down on his hands and knees to clean a couple spots and try to fix a worn area on the carpet. I only wish it was a little cheaper, not because I didn't get my money's worth, but because I would like to have him back to clean my carpets again, but can't afford it.

Dave was excellent. He arrived on time and finished the job quickly. The end result is fantastic and you can't tell there was any damage on the piece of furniture.

They were awesome. They were responsive and easy to work with and polite. They were professional. If I ever had any problems in the future I would definitely call them.

It went very well. Dave scheduled the work right away and completed it within the promised two weeks for the price named. He picked up and delivered. He even made a second trip to pick up the leaves that we'd forgotten to give him on the first trip, without charging us extra.

Dave did a good job! He was prompt, courteous, showed up on time, and did all the work that he said he was going to do in the amount of time he specified and for the price that he told us.

I called to determine hours of service, which are 7-3:30 M-F. Because that is not a great time for me, it took me a while to get the chairs there. I took them in, Dave is extremely polite, nice, helpful, and clearly loves what he does. I left the chairs. I was told they would be ready in about two weeks. At three weeks I called to see if they were ready, and was told they would check and get back to me, which they did promptly. Once I could work THEIR schedule into mine, I picked the chairs up. They did a great job.

Dave was very helpful and professional from start to finish. He came out to give an estimate and was responsive to my many questions. He transported the furniture and delivered/replaced it to my satisfaction when finished. The refinishing done was really beautiful. The time it took to complete the job was reasonable. He made our furniture look like new.

This company should not take jobs that are beyond their area of expertise. I am extremely upset that my items have not been returned when I requested them back several weeks ago.

I was quoted a price of $45 by phone for each stool two weeks before bringing the stools in. When I returned to pick them up I was charged $65 each. Upon questioning the higher cost I was told that there was extra labor involved because of the wood of which the stools were made. I take responsibility for not getting the original quote in writing, but the professional thing to do would have been for Dave to telephone me and let me know that there would be an increase in the price. The stools were nominal in value to begin with. I would have picked them up without any work being done had I known that they would cost $65 each.

He did an excellent repair job and the work looks great.

This is the second furniture job Dave has done for me. He is reliable, punctual and professional. His work is excellent. I am so happy with my new table and serving cart.

DAVE RECAINED AND RESTAINED THE CHAIR TO MATCH THE OTHER CHAIRS IN MY DINING ROOM SET. THE JOB IS DONE SO WELL YOU CAN'T EVEN TELL WHICH CHAIR WAS REDONE.
