Description of Work: They came to me to check out my computer. I pd. them $163.61 and they took my computer to there shop. After repair I pd. them $59.00 for the part. Looking back I should have taken computer to there shop myself. But, they wanted me to buy there contract plus another $250.00 to clean up my computer for virus's. Which I did not do. I hooked up computer and all is fine.

They were very personable and nice and I didn't get the feeling that they were trying to rip me off. The turnaround was quick and I also received a follow up call after my computer was returned to me. My computer is back to normal and they were just excellent in every possible way.
Description of Work: I had an ancient computer that was extremely slow and they took a look at my computer and cleaned it up and made it run smoother and faster. They removed all the unnecessary programs and files for me.

We told them to go ahead and build the new one to our specifications and they had it ready in just over one business day. When we went to pick up up right at closing time and they were unconcerned with that fact and covered details with us. After we got it home and up and running they have called a few times to ask how it was going with the new unit. Could not have asked for better service.
Description of Work: They quoted over $220 to fix up a 6 year old unit and the $680 for a brand new unit with everything we needed so there was no choice in our minds to go with the new one. The was at the branch at the corner of Pecos and Higley in Gilbert. It was not listed in your directory.
