Description of Work: We had two computers that needed work one computer had lost it's power supply and a new one had to be reattached the other computer was not responding wouldn't turn on. They made a mess above and try to get us to add other services and to build a new computer after all that when I asked them to get my computer back as it was they had wiped one drive so I could not get my information back from that in their attempt to install Windows 7 And they did not back it up. When I told him I wanted the computer back they did not even bother to hook it back together just gave me the insides all scrambled. They kept it for days trying to get a card working I could tell by my connection to Skype that they were on it several times for several hours every day. They said the first card workbook from then on they couldn't get a card to work. I had some friends call them and ask them questions at the beginning and he was shocked at how little the guy knew. My friend is out of town and is a professional computer person but he warned me against going to them. Basically all mostly what they did was try to get us to spend more money on things that we didn't need. They told us my husband had all kinds of viruses and problems and they would have to spend $250 cleaning out the computer We hired a professional after all this to come and work on the computer and he said they were full of it that there was there were a few problems but not anything like what they were Saying. I would stay far away from them they are both incompetent and will try to get as much money as they can without really worry about what is needed.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY NICE UNTIL I SAID I WANTED TO PURCHASE MY OWN LYNXUS PRODUCTS, BECAUSE THEIRS WAS ABOUT $50 MORE THAN BEST BUY. THEN THEY SAID IT MAY NOT WORK. I WOULD NEED TO BRING IN MY COMPUTER EVEN THOUGH I WAS GOING TO HAVE THEM COME TO MY HOME TO LINK MY COMPUTERS. I ASKED THEM TO TEST THE LYNXUS WHEN THEY CAME OUT. THEY SAID THAT IT WOULD BE FREE WITH MY COUPON IF I CAME IN OR $150 AN HOUR IF THEY CAME OUT. THEY WERE COMING OUT ANYWAY AND I WAS STUNNED THAT THEY COULD NOT JUST DO A QUICK TEST WHILE THEY WERE HERE DOING EVERYTHING ELSE. THE OWNER WAS RUDE. HIS EMPLOYEE WAS VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. I WILL SAY THAT WHEN I HAD TROUBLE WITH SOME OF THE WORK, THE OWNER DID HAVE HIS EMPLOYEE COME OUT FREE OF CHARGE. THIS WAS ONLY FOR 1/2 HOUR AFTER THAT $150 AND HOUR. HE DID NOT JUST OFFER THIS I HAD TO BE A BIT PERSISTENT.
Description of Work: CLEANED UP MY COMPUTERS AND NETWORKED THEM TOGETHER. I HAVE A WIRELESS COMPUTER AND A CABLE CONNECTION. I HAD THEM REMOVE VIRUSES AND SPYWARE.

 + -1 moreOUR COMPUTER WOULD NOT BOOT UP. DATA DOCTORS DISCOVERED A VIRUS, SAVED OUR DATA AND CLEANED UP THE HARD DRIVE AND THEN SCANNED FOR ANY OTHER VIRUSES.
