The customer service was great. James came to the house and went over everything thoroughly. He helped me understand the company and the products they had. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions. Even though I did not sign a contract at this time it was a pleasure having someone be in my corner for decisions that need to be made. If we decide to go with the estimate I would definitely work with James in the future.

High quality product! Excellent customer service! Highly efficient sales, and installer. My sales manager Cullen Hayes was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in details. Every question was answered and explained to our satisfaction. Our installer Trevor from Warrior doors and windows was very professional. But also quick, clean and courteous. Office was efficient and friendly. No negative in any way! Thank you Cullen and Trevor love my beautiful windows! Hope I can get other projects done in the future!

TOO MANY THINGS WRONG TO LIST: FROM LEAKING AND INSTALLING ROLLED ROOFING OVER A BIG HOLE; TO INSTALLING THE ROOF VENTS WHERE THE SOLAR PANEL FEET HAVE TO GO…. FURTHERMORE, THEY TOLD ME IN NO INDISCRIMINATE TERMS THAT THEY WOULD GET THE INSURANCE TO PAY FOR THE ADDITIONAL COSTS (SHEETING) AND PROCEEDED WITH THE INSTALLATION WITHOUT WAITING FOR INSURANCE APPROVAL AS I INSISTED. I AM STILL WAITING FOR REIMBURSEMENT. ------ Sent to DeBella 11-28-2023 5:11pm: Subject: Suppose to rain on Fri/Sat and the roof is still not redone. Sent to Debella through their website 11-18-23 4:17 AM The roof is f****** leaking onto the kitchen counter!! You have had months and months/YEARS to fix it. All you did was blame everyone else when you screwed up. Obviously still NOT repaired/redone. I still have NOT been reimbursed from Insurance for the sheathing as you promised; I need a check for the loan and interest. i STILL HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING and IT IS SUPPOSE TO RAIN FRIDAY AND/OR SATURDAY ----------

Debella is a great company that I would recommend working with. When the representative approached and asked if we would be interested in a free estimate because it was obvious that our roof needed repair. Cullen Hayes came out and handled the estimate. He is a pretty awesome dude because he did not makes us feel pressured in anyway. His professionalism and thoroughness was outstanding. He made us feel comfortable and explained everything to the T. We are extremely satisfied with the work that Debella-Chandler has done for us but if it wasn't for Mr. Hayes then Debella would not of had our business either. We look forward on doing more business because we have other projects in mind. You have to go with these guys! You should ask for Cullen Hayes. He is Awesome!

Marissa and Priscilla came out and inspected windows and explained how important it is to get the windows replaced before the leaking I have with my broken windows got worse, they explained the differences between different windows to me, and helped me make the clear choice of what to buy. The glasswing triple window is amazing! They have a unique product and incredible warranty, the windows look so beautiful now! They were wonderful with me and patient, if you want someone phenomenal to help you have a great remodeling experience i highly recommend them! They helped me be able to afford to replace my windows with a good quality window that I will never have to replace again because their warranty is better than any warranty you will ever find because they don’t have exclusions that give them an out!

Lahela was an incredible woman and sales representative. She was knowledgeable and went above and beyond In getting this project done for me correctly and quickly. One storm is all it took to Rip my entire roof off and destroy my back French doors. She found solutions for everything that will last me for the entirety of my life.

Wonderful presentation, all my questions answered, photos taken of my roof were shown and explained. Andres a fine young man addressed all my questions in a very professional way. His presentation was the final thing that sold me on this Company, he will have a long career in anything he chooses to do.

Alan Torres was very helpful with helping picking out doors and windows can't wait till finished product.

Contract signed, deposit given and then the communication ended. Broken promises, terrible communications with 6 different DaBella contacts and 5 different people from the contractor before the project was complete. Then I got to waste more of my time trying to get the job approved and the substantial balance due paid. It wasn't a nightmare, but it was one of the poorest business experiences I have had in many years. My experience went against everything their website and elevator propaganda advertises. Hopefully, Quality is for a lifetime as stated by DaBella, and this is not an indicator of service in case a warranty issue arises in the future.

We had the most wonderful conversation today with Dabella's represative Deon. He was very knowledgeable about the product and the companys dedication to quality. He had a window with him to show its quality and how it worked and locked. He had a heat lamp to show how it would operate in our Arizona sun. He demonstrated the strength of the glass and told us all about the gases inside of it and the housing around the glass. Our electric bill is about to go way down and our air conditioner work a lot less.

Very well. Deon was every very informative, kind, intelligent, and helpful. These windos are impressive. Call em up have Deon come over and show you how he hits the window with a tapemeasure and not shatter it. Very impressive.

Some of the windows in our 34 year old house have deteriorated and need replacement so after searching the web we decided to call DaBella for a consultation. My wife and I were very impressed by the promptness, professionalism and knowledge of DaBella's sales representatives David Mackie and Amanda Tom. They provided information on the company, the product, the steps involved to replace a window and they answered all of our questions. Most striking about the consultation was that there was none of the usual hard sale approach.

Edwin was phenomenal! Looking forward for my new windows and front door!

Carla G and Amanda T they are awesome lady that tell us detail about how DaBella got it name and history of it and show us how it looks every detail that awesome if we didn’t understand something they would explain it to us. Very nice ladies I enjoy having them here at my house. Very friendly lady’s!

I was contacted by DaBella through Trip Advisor. The gentleman who scheduled the appt for me never indicated that it would be a 60-90 minute presentation. When the reps--Carla & Zac-- showed up they were very pleasant & informative, but the sales presentation was what a used car salesman would give. And it lasted 3 hours! Asking what payment would work best before they even got around to the price of the roof. Wanting to know what I liked best about what they had presented--They oversold it. I had given them a down payment still impressed with the information. Then, the next day I found out they made a hit on my CBR even though I was told it would be a soft hit. That was a red flag, so I read further reviews on BBB & decided this company wasn't for me. The reps were nice, but took too much time. They weren't aggressive, but had a hard time streamlining the presentation when I indicated I wasn't interested in a "sales pitch" just the price and financing. When I called the next day to say I wanted to cancel, Carla asked me to give my honest feedback on Angi, even though I wanted to give them my feedback directly. No email to send it to, apparently. Nice people---but when you try too hard to sell something, a person becomes suspicious. When I told Carla I was going with Scott Roofing, she said that people can buy their reviews. Now, that was an insult to my intelligence. I am paying $5000 more for my roof after receiving a 15 minute presentation from Scott.

I have not had the work done yet.. but the up front work by Bailey and Chandler were very professional, very helpful with their products and very patient with me… I will definitely refer them… thanks Karon E

They lie upfront on purpose then try to bulldog you into a sale – who does that still? I put in on Angi a request to get a roofing repair done. DeBella called me and I let them know it was a detach and replace patch job that my homeowner’s insurance was going to cover. I could not have been clearer and more set the proper expectation of what I needed. They lady that called me said they could help and would send someone out. The salesperson showed on time. He was professional and pleasant. I am a sales manager by career for a very large publicly traded company. He was what you want in a salesperson with one exception. He was surprised that he was even sent as the company only does full roof replacements and the person who called me knows that. He still looked at what was needed and in my attic for any other issues. All to salvage his time and effort I am sure. His intent, and he did, try to pitch me a new roof. I told him that I will only commit to what my homeowner’s insurance will cover. I let him know that prior to any effort on his part and again when he tried to sell me a new roof which I get as that is his job. I let him know that I needed a line-item cost breakdown and a total on a proposal page for exactly what I called him out for. This is now the third time I let him know what my intentions were and the 4th time to a company representative. He said the company does not do that on account costs change. I told him we cannot do business together. He then said he would call his manager to see what he can do. Came back and said he couldn’t do what I needed him to do all the way around. I then said we could not do business. He then said he would talk to his manager to see what he can do. Which was odd on account the just did that. Seems the company runs like the antiquated car dealerships that still do the negotiation thing. With that realization I knew that this company was not a good one to go with as they are the only roofing company I had out that had negotiations and restrictions on letting the customer know all options upfront (he did come back several times with new pricing and new plans that was not spoken to upfront) and they have practices that shoehorns through deceit a sales person on your front door. I know they may be good for some people, not sure how, but to each their own, but for me the company is not trustworthy and started their relationship with me on a bed of lies and smoke in mirrors. I really felt bad for the sales guy. He was scrambling to catch up to the situation when I told him what I do for a living and what his company does. Maybe he realized their trained to tactics will not work on me or he was so new he didn’t realize what his company is all about.
