The hidden door wouldn't work so I made an appointment for service. "Travis" arrived punctually on the date and time of the appointment. Naturally when I demonstrated the remote control to him, the door opened. We concluded that the battery in the remote needed to be replaced but he checked out the door's operating mechanism to ensure that there weren't any problems with it. Because he was only there about 15-minutes and because he really didn't do anything, he waived the charge. Much appreciated and a testament to their work ethic and professionalism.

This is more than just cabinet making. The items that they offer are unique. The craftsmanship is top quality and very precise. They are excellent at what they do. If you can afford to have something like this in your house, I would also highly recommend that you have them come to install the door. We had others install the door and it did not work out well. They know their product best. Unless they can provide you with someone in your area who has installed these doors for them, it would be easier in the long run to have them install it themselves and it would be done right.
