Sorry that cox representatives were unaware that errors in the product [computer] made by other than cox, [microsoft] could present a problem that resembles something that would appear to be cox internet and in reality was a problem with the way microsoft had sync the computers, why?? Who knows!
Description of Work: This evaluation is unfair to cox! Because of one event where-in-which the computer wouldn't let me talk to a human being and could not understand my verbalige does not = a totally bad grade, only areaas needing improvement! The work was performed 8 times with no resolution. The correctiong was found out by a friend of mine and corrected. Cox performed everything they could. The problem lay with my devices and how microsoft had configered the computer and not in cox equipment.

A short second later she came back on and rapidly stated: "Here's your number and transferred me to a computer which rattled off the number and stated press 1 to have it dialed. The result was a army recruiters office.

 + -1 moreexcellent service, technician explained the different equipment installed, and some i ordered but did not need. showed us how to connect to the internet when we get different computers, or for guest to use when they come for visit.
