 + -1 moreThey were pretty good. They installed it great. Everybody was great. The only thing is that I don't believe that we needed that high of a system that we purchased. I think that something lesser would have been just as good for 1,800 square feet. I think we could've gotten by with lesser money. The system is awesome; sometimes a little bit too powerful. I would definitely look into them for another large item purchase. I would say to just make sure that you need everything they are recommending.
Description of Work: We have a brand new system that was installed by Costco three years ago and we are on a 5-year maintenance plan.

 + -1 moreCostco Wholesale Corp are very professional and we had to return it but not because of anything they did. It was not appropriate for the time. We did check out another hearing aids place and as far as professionalism and explanation of the product went, Costco was way above. I would go to Costco for hearing aids.
