If you are seeking pest or termite control in the Valley, take your business elsewhere! I personally met the owner of this company today, Patrick. He showed up at my house unexpectedly outside of the scheduled time window. Luckily, I was home. The issue was in my backyard. Patrick agreed there were termites in the back patio but would not treat “because the termites were not in the house”. He then proceeded to let himself into the home and looked in every room/closet without permission/consent. In addition to, Patrick was hostile and condescending when any question was asked. I did not feel safe or comfortable, nor was the issue inside the home. If you are a vulnerable individual (i.e. single woman or disabled) I would never use this company. Patrick’s dementor is aggressive and he feels entitled enough to enter and search your home without permission. The home has been treated for termites by Patrick’s company 3 times, 2 of which were in the last 2 years. His products do not work.

We began our search by looking into the most popular services in the valley. We select a half dozen and had them review our place and discuss treatment options and thoroughness. We each had a different preference. Before selecting, we went into review pages and discovered poor ratings for these. We continued our research and discovered Convenient. We looked into the reviews given them. The overwhelming amount of positive and detailed reviews prompted us to contact them. In summary, their pricing and balanced level of treatment around the residence, as well as their professionalism and honesty, all convinced us both to hire this group. At appointment time, the service personnel Abe was patient and thorough with answering my various questions during the treatment process. The work performed was exactly what we agreed to. The payment was efficient and convenient for me to complete on-line. We have absolutely no qualms with this business. We only wished we had not given them permission to begin an hour earlier in the morning. Thank you for what you did. We have peace of mind with your services.

I have been using them since 2005 and have had no problems. I set them up to do mom's pest control too. They even got rid of mom's roof rats!
