Description of Work: I gave them an B because of their price and the fuzzy communication of what the total price would be be. The house has two systems so be advised that when they're talking price they're talking per system. I should have insisted on a detailed written estimate but didn't. My fault, but I think they could have done a better job communicating what the total cost would be.

Description of Work: Delivered and installed entire Heating and air conditioning system. Collins Comfort was contracted through Costco. Their estimator was spot on, and the installers arrived on time, with all equipment and tools. The entire job took several hours, but disruptions were held to a minimum. At the conclusion of the installation, we were fully trained on the system. When the install was complete, the site was completely cleaned up. We could not have gotten better service.

Description of Work: They came out to my house to clean out my air conditioning line. They showed up very quickly and Sean the technician was awesome. He even changed my air filter for me. They did an excellent job. They have helped my parents over the summer, and were the only company who would go out on a Sunday, and did not charge any extra.
