Chris was responsive and provided a good written proposal. His price was much lower than other bids. He didn't use the Dunn Edwards paint we expected, but he used a Frazee paint that was similar. Color was fine. Paint was applied well; it covers old color well. He didn't scrape and sand as well as expected (left several peeling areas by front door), and the crew left a mess each day (including hoses laying out in front yard/across driveway). After they were paid (just before completing final touch-ups), they seemed to abandon the job. I recommend you withhold payment until they complete all work.
Description of Work: Pressure washed, scraped, caulked, and painted exterior of house (body one color, trim another). They also replaced the seal around garage door (and painted). They pressure washed and painted fence and stained the wood on 2 gates and painted the metal frame for gates. This is a one story house with 2300 sq. feet with very high eaves and entry. The fence is 130 linear feet.

THEY HAD MUCH BETTER PRICES THAN OTHER COMPANIES I'D SPOKEN TO. THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB FOR A GOOD PRICE.
Description of Work: They painted the fence around my acre lot. They also did some repair work on stucco retaining walls, and a wood Ramada structure.

VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE; QUALITY WOULD HAVE BEEN EXCELLENT EXCEPT DAMAGED SOME PLANTS LOCATED NEXT TO THE HOUSE. NO PAINT SPILLS, NO MESS.
