+ -1 moreTHEY WERE NOT PREPARED, EVEN THOUGH THEY KNEW WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. AFTER THE JOB, I NOTICED THAT THE DRAIN STOPPER WAS DAMAGED AND HE FIXED IT POORLY AFTER I POINTED IT OUT.
Description of Work: WE HAD A LEAK IN THE UPSTAIRS FAUCET. THEY REPLACED THE CARTRIDGES.

+ -1 moreDISCOUNT DID AN AMAZING JOB WITH THIS PROJECT. DESPITE THE FACT THAT A REROUTE BETWEEN TWO FLOORS OF A HOME IS VERY DIFFICULT, IF NOT IMPOSSIBLE IN SOME CASES, THEY PERFORMED THE JOB WITH A MINIMUM OF DISRUPTION OR MESS. THEY INSTALLED MAYBE 70-80 FEET OF PIPE THROUGH THE CEILINGS BY CUTTING ONLY 9 RELATIVELY SMALL (1'X2') HOLES IN THE DRYWALL. DISCOUNT MADE A VERY DIFFICULT EXPERIENCE AS PAINLESS AS POSSIBLE.
Description of Work: BECAUSE OF A NUMBER OF SLAB LEAKS IN THE HOT WATER LINE TO THE KITCHEN SINK, WE ABANDONED THE EXISTING LINE AND CONTRACTED WITH DISCOUNT PLUMBING FOR A TOTAL REROUTE. THEY LOCATED HOT WATER LINE WITH LOCATOR. THEY THEN REROUTED HOT WATER COPPER PIPE LINE FROM UNDER SLAB NEAR POWDER ROOM UP THROUGH FAMILY ROOM WALL, ACROSS FAMILY ROOM AND KITCHEN CEILINGS BETWEEN FIRST AND SECOND STORY OF HOUSE, TO KITCHEN SINK.
