+ -1 moreTom (the owner) came to my house, looked at the roof (was surprised by the poor job that was done by the installer in both the original construction and how they were trying to fix the leak). He gave me a price, told me he would fix it when he had time. My husband and I removed all the "mess" that the installer had done in trying to fix it -- it saved us money. I did have to call him to remind him once -- but he had been busy (this was a small job) and it had also been raining. After I called, he came out with his helper, spent 3 hours and fixed the leaks! It rained this past weekend and not one drop of water! It took him 3 hours to fix what it took the installer almost 3 years and many many unsuccessful tries to fix!
Description of Work: Repair a leaking aluminum roof addition. After almost 3 years waiting for the installer, who promised to fix this leak, I gave up and called Central Awning. This was an addition I had installed in 2002 that has been leaking since 2006. The installer came out to my house and attempted at least 10 times to fix the leak -- caulking, adding flashing, lowering the pitch of the roof they installed -- but nothing fixed the leaks. They finally stopped returning my calls. I tried another company but they were also useless! I found Central Awning on Angie's List and called them.

+ -1 moreThis place stores people's car for sale and then contacts them if you're interested in their car. I got a van with an extended factory warranty.
Description of Work: He put a 30' by 60' white aluminum patio roof on my house. Tom is a master mechanic. He's got all the equipment and he comes right to your house and does it. I'd recommend him highly. The price was reasonable.
