Chris is very thorough, neat and professional. Our new sink connections and sensate faucet were perfectly installed and work great! He fixed all our lines that the floor tillers noticed needed to be replaced from the master toilet valve to the ice maker/refrigerator line. We were going to use our home warranty service when we discovered the cold water line to the washing machine wasn't working after tillers put it back in place; but we have such confidence in the work Chris does, that we asked him to come back for that job as well. He was able to fix that without a major problem/expense and we were so pleased. We also had been noticing outside hose bibs leaking since we just moved in to this house, and had him fix those as well. His response time is excellent and we are always so pleased with his work. If anyone needs a plumber, he is the perfect one to call!

He showed up right on time. I am very pleased with the work he did. The water heater is no longer leaking so he did a good job. It was at a very reasonable charge as well.

I was referred to Chris by the company who put in my counter tops, to install my new faucet and put in a new garbage disposal. I checked Angie's list and found he was also listed as one of their plumbing companies. I called Chris and spoke with him directly. We set up a day and time for the installation. The day of the service I was running late from an appointment and called Chris to advise, and he said it would not be a problem he would wait for me to arrive. (which was about 15 minutes).Chris came in and checked out all underneath the sink to be sure there would not be problem in completing the work I requested. He explained to me fully his hourly rate and what he would need to do and the cost for the garbage disposal. He was very friendly , professional and quickly proceeded to complete the work.. He answered all my questions in detail. He made sure to protect the wood flooring and cleaned up after the job was completed. He installed a new faucet and garbage disposal and hooked up the dishwasher along with all the other items. I was very pleased with his work and would recommend him to family and friends.

I had a kitchen sink faucet and attached disposal unit that I needed removed and replaced with new. I was planning on attempting this job myself due to previous bad experiences with my standard maintenance provider. After more careful consideration, and hearing about Chris, I opted to use him instead with high hopes of saving myself some grief on all levels. That's exactly how I feel the job turned out. He made easy work of installing a new sink faucet (provided by me) and a great disposal unit (provided by him) after removing the existing pair. His attention to detail is amazing and the work area was spotless post completion. In short, he was punctual, courteous, informative and very neat. I plan on using Chris for any future plumbing related needs I may have. I will also refer him, with confidence, to friends and family as well.

Chris had a chance to look at the job before quoting a price and although he was nat able to see everything under the floor and in the walls his evaluation and recommendations wound up actually saving money. He was punctual and professional and worked in a neat fashion where there was no clean up on our part when he finished his work. I have been quite impressed and would recommend his company to anyone. Chris with C Slany plumbing did amazing work. We had a small leak in our toilet and he came out and quickly identified the issue. He immediately got to work to replace the wax seal on the toilet. He took great care to make sure that nothing was damaged during the toilet removal and made sure to leave everything very clean. The toilet was also not flushing properly and he replaced the flushing device with one of much higher quality. Chris also noticed the sink drained slow and the bathroom and he cleared this for free!

We had just sold our house and then noticed dripping at our main line that brings water to the house. When we tried to tighten the handle, it came completely off. Chris came out within a few house and did an excellent, quality job. The difference in the parts used compared to the old parts was obvious even to those of us who don't know plumbing. So beautifully done. We then had him come out to our new house and repair a gap in the tubing which goes up from the hot water heater to the celing in the garage as well as set up a connection to our garage refrigerator from the top of the hot water heater. The connection is almost invisible as he ran the line down the wall behind the hot water heater and then clear tubing straight across to the fridge. Chris has set the bar for quality, precision and clean work. We will continue to use only him for all our plumbing needs.

Chris was great to work with! I had water leaking very badly from one of the valves on my washer and a clogged kitchen sink drain. I thought this was going to be a huge, expensive ordeal. I was surprisingly pleased when the exact opposite was true. My water was only off for 10 minutes while he replaced both washer valves and it took another 10 minutes for him to clean the sink drain effortlessly, (or so it seemed). You have a permanent, satisfied customer and I will confidently and happily refer him to family and friends. He was clean, courteous, fair and quick!
