he serviced my property for 10 years then just didn’t show up anymore

No show, no call, no business! When you call a company and the person answers "hello", and not "good morning , this is C & H Landscaping, Hank speaking", you wonder what kind of company you are dealing with. I now know. I told him what I needed done, agreed on the $40 cost, and set up a date and time. They never showed nor called to explain why they didn't show up. Needless to say I had my work performed by another company.

We never even got the estimate. He was really responsive in setting up the consultation even though his website initially sent my inquiry to his brother-in-law's paint business. (He really should fix his website.) After the consultation, Frank said it would e-mail it in a couple of days. Almost a week later I hadn't heard anything so I called to make sure the estimate didn't get lost. Two days after that, still no response so I called and left a message. He finally called me back to say he decided not to do it. I thought it was extremely unprofessional to not even tell me and make me hound him until I got an answer

They did a fantastic job with a two person team. They speak English and are a family team. I had a fantastic experience with them. They did everything I asked and the work performed was grade A. Very pleased and will use again. Highly recommended and the work went start to finish without siestas in between.

Frank is a man of integrity. He did exactly what he said he would do and he did it when he said he would do it. He has a good crew and good equipment, he is insured and totally professional. I chose him from Angie's List. His quote was reasonable compared to the Mexicans who drive by. We are happy with the way the project turned out, would certanly use C & H again, and recommend him highly.

Frank is amazing!. He came when he said he would and did a wonderful job with his crew. He worked along with the crew. We shopped around and he quoted a great price and he promised we would be happy with the work. We are extremely satisfied with the work. I would recommend him for any landscape work.

I immediately emailed Frank back and told him to come by and I'd sign the contract but I still have not heard back.

Frank is very knowledgeable, gave good advice on what would be the best trees for the location and chose two beautiful ones. Crew was on time, very professional, and the yard looked great. We are now having them come every other week for a very reasonable price.
