Budget Blinds of East Mesa

This was one of the best experiences we've had with a home improvement business. The sales representative was great; she was very informative and looked at products we wanted and worked with us for the best solutions. Her measurements were spot on and the installing techs were in and out quickly and cleaned up after themselves. We highly recommend this business.

The number of reviews for Steve and Budget Blinds of East Mesa does not denote how outstanding working with this company was for us. We called Budget Blinds of East Mesa after receiving a quote from another well-known blind company that has in their name the number of days it should take to get the blinds. Shocked at the price, we called Budget Blinds of East Mesa. The next day, Steve, the owner, came out to give us ideas and an estimate. He was forthright in his suggestions, even to his own detriment, since what he suggested did not include as much as we thought to get. We learned more than we ever expected to learn about what blinds or shades work well and where they do, the quality of blinds or shades that we were considering, and the time frame for getting the same. We have a number of odd-shaped windows and he took extra time to talk about our options. He showed us examples of everything (there's a HUGE selection in many price ranges) and sent us an estimate the next day. The estimate included four sliding glass doors (two oversized), and nine windows. Obviously, we contracted him to do our work, and WE LOVE THE OUR SHADES!!!!! We got room-darkening solar shades and light-filtering solar shades, some horizontal and some vertical. We also splurged a little and got a Roman Shade for our master bathroom. It is beautiful. When they arrived, they were hung very professionally. Steve called the day after our installation to see if we were satisfied. (Truth: When we had a question about how one of the shades was laying, Steve came to our home THAT DAY to check the shade and adjust it). We have never had such attractive AND hard-working window coverings. They keep out the sun, and the difference in temperature in our home with and without the blinds is astounding. I also didn't realize what a difference putting the right thing on our windows would make in a room. BOTTOM LINE: I would call Steve at Budget Blinds East Mesa in a second for any and all window treatment needs. I would wholeheartedly recommend him and his company to friends, neighbors, and even strangers. If he does the job for you that he did for us, you will be beyond satisfied.

The provider was professional and efficient. Even when he ran into some unexpected problems taking down the old vertical blinds he worked through them and got the job done. Later when the drapes needed some adjusting he came back and made the needed adjustments.

It went great! Steve measured, discussed options, helped us order and then installed them. Prompt, no left over mess. We are happy!
