They are a good company, and they do it right for the price. I like that they communicate with me before they do the job; they give me a call and a heads up.

This company was better than anyone I have used in the past. He did way more than I expected and provided a lot of great advice and information on what he was doing. He is coming back in two weeks and the cost is already covered in the original price. It was also nice that it was not necessary to be involved in a contract with this company, like a lot of other companies require.

I have been using Bryant for nearly a year, and we have been satisfied with the work. The technicians call ahead to confirm appointments, and they always arrive at the scheduled time.

Bill was very professional and knowledgeable. Explained what to look for concerning termite infestation. Everything looks good at this time. He did suggest after monsoon season to call and have a re-inspection....better safe than sorry.Bill was open & honest...did not try to sell us anything we did not need. We had a termite infestation. They came in and did the treatment. They drilled holes in the house and the garage and pumped the chemicals into it. They also went up into the attic and checked in those spaces as well. I thought that the price was fair. They seem comparable to anything else we checked. I absolutely will use him again. They did a great job.

I've used Bryan for years for everything from cockroaches when we first moved in, a bees nest, a wasps nest (yes we're cursed) and termite treatment. Our house has a history of termites. We are now on our third treatment. The first was with another company but about two years ago when we started seeing tunnels we called Bryant. They gave us a great price with a discount and were out quickly to do the service. The service came with a warranty and when we saw a couple termite tubes about a month ago I called to have them back out. They were willing to come the next day which was awesome. Because I work nights they gave me a narrow two hour window in the afternoon and arrived promptly at the beginning of that time frame. The tech was efficient and courteous. I had a lot of questions because this is a recurring problem for us although we strangely have no other pests! and he was able to explain everything and reassure me. He explained the treatment he was doing and how it works and what we needed to do. I have renewed my warranty with them for another two years and I love knowing that if I need them out again it will not be a hassle.

Bill Withers, the sales person/tech was knowledgeable and informative. He inspected the house and determined what needed to be done. The price was about half what I quoted with other companies, but his work was about as good and as competent as one could get. He arrived on the specified day at about 8 am and performed the work neatly and cleanly. He also stressed that he used the correct amount of chemical to insure the treatment would work.

The experience went fine. I like them and I’m very happy with them. I think I paid them $30 for the spraying and everything around the house. They’re on time when they say they’re going to be there. I don’t have to wait around waiting for them to come. I will use their services again in the future.

I called them and they were here the next day to do the work. They did a good job. I haven’t had any problems with anything. They were very personable and did the work by themselves with helpers. If I have to use one word for them then I would say they were efficient. They also gave me a warranty that I would get a free on year inspection then within the next five years if I had any problems and if they come out they would treat it for free.

In terms of punctuality, they can come when they want, as there is nobody there.
