I purchased a 2 year warranty for $175 instead. The rep was very knowledgable and honest.

We have used Bryant for years and always, Really Always, they are on time, polite, extremely knowledgeable and get the job done. I will find dead bugs around the property, not inside my home. We also used them for a termite problem and they were priced fair and completed the job and even came back to check the results to make sure we did not have any further problems. We recommend them.

The gentleman that came out was very knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and was super friendly. He performed the work quickly and also showed up on time. The best part was he explained after he did his part to kill the bees what the next steps for removing the hive/honeycomb from within the wall. He gave a cost to do this work, but he explained it so well, I was able to do the cleanup on my own.

Work was done quickly and everything that had to be moved was put back exactly as it was. Included a 3 year warranty.

Won't know how well it worked unless it didn't. Seemed like they know what they were doing. Pointed out how the termites had gotten into the mobile so I was okay with their solution.

Bill arrived promptly on the appointment date, removed the dirt from around the stem wall of my house, and applied the Termidor. Bill also drilled holes through the patio and front porch and applied Termidor in those areas. He covered the holes when the work was completed, and then sprayed the entire yard with Termidor.

Roofing inspector found bees inside a parapet on my house and needed them removed before roofing work could begin. Called Bryant Pest Control late Thursday and asked for service within a week. They scheduled the work for Saturday. Rich came to the house early and completed the work within 30 minutes. A truly friendly and professional service call. Also very knowledgeable about bees and their behaviors. As this was December and we had freezing temperatures earlier in the week, active bee hives are infrequent. I originally called another Angies List bee removal service and had no response, probably due to the "low season" in bee removal. But Bryant was ready to go. I highly recommend them.

The termite specialist showed up on time, treated for the termites that were present, and provided a 3 year bond for what I thought was a very reasonable price.

The person who answers the phone is always extremely friendly and professional. The pest control technician who came to the house was also super friendly and very professional. Good customer service is a huge deal for me and they provide excellent customer service. We hopefully only need them to come a few times to get rid of some recent bug problems but will definitely use them in the future if needed. Their prices seem reasonable and you don't have to sign any contracts unlike a lot of the other companies I researched. A lot of those companies, you only got a special price if you signed up for a year of service. I would highly recommend using Bryant Pest Control in the future.

They showed up on time with two guys. One worked the outside and one worked in. My only concern and why I've waited years to treat the inside of my home is one, I have three cats and worry about them coming in contact with the poison and two, my inside guy just sprayed liberally and sometimes messily around my baseboards. I know it's the nature of the service so I wouldn't hold it against them. Both very friendly and nice.

I saw the provider's coupon on Angie's list so I called for an appointment. I was a little surprised that someone answered the phone at 7 am. We scheduled an appointment for the next day. The technician arrived in the arranged block of time, was informative and friendly.

Profesional! Showed up as planned on the day they said they would... A month or so later I got a call out of the blue to follow up and see if I wanted service. Very nice office person then set the date for the next appointment. Asked If I had any problem area's been great to work with so far!

The treatment went well. The pest control guy showed up within the scheduled window. I showed him all of the webs around the house and indicated where I had seen black widows. He first did a basic spraying inside, fortunately I hadn't seen any bugs inside, so this was just preventative. After taking care of the inside he made several passes on the outside and sprayed heavily. The outside treatment was very effective as we saw 4 dead black windows in the garage and back yard after he was done. Since the spraying I've found 4 more dead black windows, a couple of dead roaches, and several dead crickets. The only living bug that I've seen in the week and half since the spraying was a cricket crawling on the cinder block wall around the back yard. I was glad to be able to move in without worrying about someone being bitten by a black widow.

Great company! After living in AZ for 4 years and never seeing a scorpion, we moved into a home and found 6 in the first week! Bryant Pest Control came out right away, sprayed the whole house, dusted the attic and educated me on scorpion control. Anytime I call the office for questions, they have always been great about listening to my concerns/fears and calming me down. One day they spent 15 min on the phone talking to me about scorpions and easing my nerves! Since their maintenance and education, we haven't seen a single scorpion, and it's been about 6 weeks. We use them on a monthly basis now. :)

Excellent. I ltook an open appointment as i would be home all day anyway. They notfied me the day before (saturday) called me Monday morning and then called when he was at the gate. We have animals so he worked with them very well. He also offered details on what he was doing and what to expect. He was willing to answer all my questions, We are new to this area andreally needed to understand the scorpion thing. Very nice guy. Will continue to use their services. We have already seen a few dead bugs!!

There is no contract. What they do is they come and they do a full inside and outside, and then they come back two weeks later and then they do sort of re-spraying after that and that is $85 for those two together. After that, they do it monthly. They call me the day before to remind me that they are coming. They are always prompt. They give me a choice do I want them to only do the outside or do both the outside and the inside. It is done 1, 2, 3, and I have not had any pests, they are great. They did not try to hard sell me. They did exactly what they said and when they said they were going to do it. They have not disappointment me. I have only been using them for two months, but I am pleased.

I called Bryant after I was unable to drive the bee colony out of block wall with bee spray. Bryant was able to make an appointment the same day. Although I do not reside at the address, my tenants reported that the bee colony was gone the next day

I think overall the service is terrific. I can't say enough about my exterminator. He is very personable and kind. Some of their office staff is something to be desired though. I called once to cancel my visit because it was going to rain that weekend and a gentleman by the name of Larry answered. This man is incredibly rude and probably not who they should have answering the phones. He tried to discourage me from cancelling my appointment after I explained why I wanted to cancel, he still continued to try to make me keep my appointment. I also had an issue with one of the girls in the office. She called to remind me of my appointment and told me I had a $10 balance on my account. I couldn't understand that since I had paid in full every time I have had service performed. I told this girl that I had the discount from Angie's List, and she said it was 15%, and that only took me down to $44.95. But that wasn't true, my first visit was only $34.95. The owner, whom I spoke with when I first called, told me the visit was only $34.95. However, this girl was insistent that I owed this money. Instead of telling me she would investigate it, she argued with me! I told her to go talk to the owner, and that I wanted him calling me back, not her. Someone else (not the owner) did call me back and said they made the mistake, and I did not have a balance. So print out the coupon that states you will only pay $34.95 for the first visit and keep it so they don't try to do the same to you. I realize it sounds like it's all negative, but I want them for the service they provide, not their office staff. And my exterminator is absolutely pheomenal.

My new house was something straight out of a horror movie. It was infested with hundreds of live, juicy, animated crickets that were jumping from everywhere and crawling over everywhere else. Bryant Pest Control came when scheduled and for an unbelievably reasonable sum eradicated the pests almost overnight. The technician was polite and fearless in the face of insect adversity. Since my first visit and follow-up, I have scheduled bimonthly repeat service to prevent future problems and am completely satisfied. You can feel confident using this company.

Again, the service men have been very friendly and professional. The work has been done promptly. We have not seen any pests, other than an occasional fly, since we moved in.

The contractor arrived during the scheduled period, examined my property and provided a fixed estimate. they then came out at the scheduled time and carried out the treatment quickly. It appears that the treatment worked and if there are problems in the future they provided a three year warranth.

We've recently heard scratching type sounds in our attic in north Chandler and were concerned we might have roof rats. Based on Angie's List reviews, I called Bryant Pest Control and spoke with Larry. I explained what we were hearing and the we had noticed some gnawed oranges in the yard and he explained what signs and smells to look for if I wanted to go up into the attic check it out myself. He was very thorough and helpful. Instead, I opted to have them come out and look. Anthony didn't see any rat signs but placed a trap in the attic and showed me a gap where the A/C pipes go into the house that was large enough to be a potential rodent entrance. They'll be out again on Friday to check the trap and do normal pest control service.

After finding a termite swarm in my pool I did a cursory check of my home's perimeter and found a termite tube near the front door. Larry Flower, service manager for Bryant, came out to inspect. He found no evidence of an infestation and spent some time fillingme in about the ways of termites. As a precaution, he suggested I remove some soil covering a stem wall of the garage. I foundLarry to be personable, knowledgeable and honest. He wasn't going to sell me services that I did not need, unlike one of hiscompetitors who pitched me a deal the previous day.
