Such great service during the initial 2-part service, we continue to have them service our home monthly. They always give me call prior to their visit and leave a receipt on my front door after done.

We use Bryant Pest Control. They were here in February 2016. They were good. It was around $40. We needed somebody to come and spray is all. They did what I asked them to do so that was fine. It's just normal, what they always do. It took them probably about an hour. I have used them four times. The experience is the same each time. Their quality of work was good.

They got rid of the bugs. I would use them again in the future.

The service people are always polite and knowledgable, and the price is affordable.

Love AJ. He is my favorite service guy. Very interactive. Remembers my name and where I work. Always very patience with my questions and is very honest with his feedback. I was a little disappointed on the cost of the service. 35 dollar for mouse trap but nevertheless it worked.

Everything went very well. The technician was on time, listened to what we needed to have done & problems we were having & then sprayed inside & then outside. He took into consideration of our young granddaughter & pets we have. The problems were reduced after the first spraying but definitely almost 100% gone after the 2nd treatment. Kept finding dead bugs for several days after the spaying but much better than seeing live ones. Rarely see any bugs around the yard or in the house now.

This was a initial spray and bait with a follow up spray and bait a week later. We were being inundated with ants in the kitchen prior to our service with Bryants. The problem was 90% resolved after the first service with only a few occasional ants being seen. The second treatment provided 100% resolution. The service tech Craig was the best we have ever had in the 26 years living here. He exhibited more knowledge than I have ever seen from a service tech and could easily communicate it to us. He was thorough. Never felt rushed and never felt that getting to his next call was more important than this one. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly to anyone that hasn't yet tried them.

During a remodel, I found roach droppings in the master bedroom and a dead roach in the master bathroom closet: No signs of any bugs since the 2 applications. They do not spray where obstacles are in their path (e.g., where bed is against a wall); because they are punctual, I recommend customers move items away from walls prior to scheduled appointments. Happy with service so I signed up for regular treatments.

Jonathan came on time and was very friendly and professional I will defiantly make this my new pest control service. Also when I called and made the appointment staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.

It went pretty well! I saw dead bugs right away, still had a few alive after a week or so, but the greatest thing is that they came back and sprayed again for no extra cost and the bugs were gone! Customer service is amazing, they keep calling back to schedule an appointment without me having to worry or remember when to do it. Shelley is great on the phone and Larry on the field. This company really know about customer service and the use of the correct products. Extremely recommendable!

Very prompt response and scheduling. Very nice office manager coordinated initial and follow-up visit. Tech was on-time and very efficient but seemed thorough. So far, lots of dead spiders outside and none found inside, which is what we wanted! Very happy so far and plan to continue to use them for maintenance every 6 weeks.

It went great. He came on time. Climbed a ladder to the second story eve and exterminated the bees. All went well.

They have been excellent but when you tell me them do other things like get off the cobwebs, they do not do it however i recommend them. I will give them a month or two then move on to the next company. Their price is comparable.
