Description of Work: I've been battling with two pesky woodpeckers and Bryant's Pest Control was the first to offer a viable solution without taking out a second mortgage!!! Larry Flowers was fast, accurate and explained exactly what they could do and how it was done. Their technician came on time and in 15-minutes it was done! Thanks to them I have my house back.

ALTHOUGH TOUTING ''RE-DO'S'' AS A GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE POINT, IT TOOK 5 DAYS FOR THEM TO COME OUT FOR INCREASED CRICKETS AND EARWIGS. WE ASKED ABOUT THE INCREASE OF THESE PESTS AND TECH OFFERED SEVERAL EXPLANATIONS--BUT NO ONE (OR TWO) SPECIFICS. ''COULD HAVE BEEN THE WEATHER, COULD HAVE BEEN THE FIRST VISIT, COULD HAVE BEEN THE RECARPETING WE DID, COULD HAVE BEEN JUST ABOUT ANYTHING''! HOWEVER--NO MORE SCORPIONS! (THIS IS VERY GOOD.) WE ASKED HIM TO AND TECH DID CALL AHEAD 15 MINUTES BEFORE SHOWING UP. HOWEVER, HE CALLED THE WRONG NUMBER (THE TWO WERE CLOSE IN PROXIMITY ON HIS PAPERWORK) AND LEFT A MESSAGE. WHEN WE ARRIVED, HE WAS ALREADY INSIDE THE HOUSE WITH MY TEENAGE DAUGHTER AND OUR PETS. (WE PREFER TO ISOLATE THE ANIMALS FROM THE SPRAYS AND CHEMICALS.)
