Kitchen and 2 bathrooms Wonderful service both in the showroom, while measuring at the house and during installation. The workers (3) came in and were efficient, professional and very neat! They worked hard, went about their business and were very pleasant. Bestway Countertops and Cabinets is held in our highest regard! What a pleasure!!!!

we contacted the company this am to get our quote. The woman said she would check. He called back and spoke to my husband. He started to give us a quote and when we asked him a few questions. We asked why he hadn't called us back, he said he was waiting for info from distributor. My husband asked why he hadn't let us know that since we were waiting and he got rude. He said, find someone else, that is fine with me and hung up on him!!!! IF this is any indication of the work he may do, RUN to someone else. We are also in the customer service industry and would not dream of treating our customers this way!!
Description of Work: We went to their location and selected several color options in formica for a new countertop. We then contacted them to have them come out and measure. The woman said he would be out that afternoon about 3. no one showed up. After a few days she called back and apologized because she forgot to tell him. He came out 6/9, Tuesday. He measured and we showed him the formica we had selected. He told us it might be special order but that he would email the following day with an estimate. we never received it.

In response to (removed member name) comment, I'm sorry that (removed member name) is not happy with her husband's experience with our company. For over 30years, we have been striving ourselves to provide exceptional customer service to our customers. On 6/8/2015, I received a phone call from (removed member name) inquiring a free in-home estimate on laminate countertops, I advised him that Perry was nearby and might be able to stop by around 3:00 pm on that same day but I would call back to confirm with him again. I was very busy in that afternoon and forgot to arrange this appointment. On the next day, I called (removed member name) to apologize and, to make it up, Perry stopped by to measure his countertops at 5:30 pm in that afternoon. A couple days later, Perry called back with price and also advised them that the color they selected was not stocked by supplier in Phoenix due to the upcoming changes of new distributorship. I was listening to the whole conversation between Perry and (removed member name). Perry presented himself professionally and answered all his questions about pricing. (removed member name) stated that the price was kind of more than what he would like to pay for and then he started to complain about 2-day waiting. While listening to the voice of (removed member name) in the background telling him what to say, Perry realized no matter how much efforts we had tried to help them, we couldn't make them happy, so he suggested that he should find other company to do the job. (removed member name) responded, " OK, I will find somebody else". Perry said "OK" and then he pushed end bottom of his cell phone thinking that's the end of conversation. All our other excellent records of rating "A" with Angie List members speak for itself about our customer service, professionalism & integrity.

Perry is a professional. We was able to fit me into his tight schedule to get installation done within my deadline period. His pricing is very competitive. The installation was done in a few hours and our countertops look great! I couldn't be happier with them.

I knew nobody in Gilbert since I did not live there so I went into Angie's List and tried to find somebody and picked three cabinet places. I went over to see these fellows and they were fantastic. They were very attentive. The guy who owns the company got in his car, drove over to our condo, did measurements, gave me some suggestions, walked through some things and then put an estimate together. He turned me on to some guys that he had worked with that would treat me right and we got into that. He turned me on to an electrician, a plumber and a flooring guy. Their pricing was very competitive.
Description of Work: We used Bestway Countertops in April for new kitchen cabinets, bathroom cabinets and stuff for the condo that we bought in Gilbert.

My general contractor referred me to them. They have very high quality joint connections and offered stock products that were cheaper than the special orders. They were very straight forward in their delivery date and trying to accommodate my construction needs.
