Very professional and curtious. From phone call to completion took only a few days and the value of work for the cost was the best we were quoted. Others wanted 3x as much. We had a small leak do to old seals around the AC but they resealed all our roof pipes as well. Probably going to hire them to redo our roof on the next couple of years. Thanks guys.

Roof leak never resolved. Vendor tried to get out of roof warranty-voiding it saying work was completed on the roof/AC unit so warranty null. Vendor harassed and cursed used profanity trying to intimidate. Trespassed attempted to remove property pieces of roof and AC unit. Had to replace the entire roof and learned the work was never installed a correctly. There was a police report regarding the whole interaction.

Their work was adequate but nothing special. One of the roof edges isn't real straight but I'll live with it. They used staples that were too long over most of the exposed soffits, some of which stuck out nearly 1/2 inch. To their credit I told them about it and they did come back out to trim them back so the painters could scrape and seal them. The owner gave me a story about them being within tolerance which I didn't understand since they replaced a 30 year old roof and 30 years ago they managed to install a roof without using staples that came through the plywood. They didn't show up the day they were supposed to and I had to call them to find out what was going on only to find out they would be a week late. The clean up was mediocre at best. They were also supposed to install a dryer vent but apparently the crews are sent out with no work orders so that didn't get done. So far the roof seems just fine and I don't foresee any problems but I wouldn't recommend them because they seem a little "seat of the pants" in their operations.

Once Coy arrived he inspected my roof and told what he needed to buy and would return the next day to install and lo and behold he arrived the next day and fixed everything to my satisfaction. Great job Coy.

The owner of the business was very helpful and communicated with us throughout the project.

There were some communication glitches with getting the guys on to the roof but once they were up there, the work was done quickly and well. We needed certification for our lender and Zane was able to get us what we needed. Both Coy and Zane were pleasant to work with.

Needed work to be completed quickly and they did not disappoint. Also, was mailed the warranty, which is transferable to a new homeowner.

Coy is professional and very courteous. I had a solar tech view my roof prior installing solar he briefed me what i need done. I didnt have to inform Coy about the solar tech guy and Coy found the problems and fixed it. Thank You Coy.
