Beach Ventures worked with us on the terms of our contract with them, addressing all of are concerns. They went out of there way to make sure me were happy with the work they did even replacing striping of some of the work they had finished to replace a beam that the contract did not cover in the bid do to a crack that Beach Ventures was not even responsible for. The home owner who had the final say in all decisions was out of the country at the time the project was done and Beach Ventures was very help full in waiting for information to be passed back and fourth even waiting on payment while we sent photos of final project back and fourth.

I called them with a need to have the roof repaired befo the drywall contactors repaired the ceiling. Beach Ventures came out and gave me a quote the next day. They were able to fit my repair in their schedule two days later. Well in advance of my drywall repairs. Before the work started, the owner stopped by to make sure the job would be done right the first time. The crew were pompt and completed the job in a couple of hours. They did more than the estimate called for and afterwards, the owner came to inspect the work. Where else can you get a 5 year warranty on a roof repair?

The customer service was excellent. The project was started on time and finished when projected. The workers were polite and kept the area clean during and after completion of project. We are very happy with our new patio and flat roof addition.

Their response to my request was immediate and my roof leak repair was scheduled in a cou[ple of days and completed in one day even though the work crew had to work well into the evening hours. The clean up was immaculate. The owner was on scene to inspect and review. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and they warranted their work for 10 years.
