iThe company was very professional at first. They were employed to resolve a problem with my pool. I spent over $500.00 with them. The problem still exists . They made 3 trips to my home, other than the initial consultation, and on my last attempt to contact them I was being yelled at and told that they have done everything that they can. They stated that they would not return to my property again.I am now looking for a new company to come out since the problem still exists.
Description of Work: Changed out DE Filters and replaced backwash handle.

We have been out to this property at every call with no charge to the customer. WE warrantied new grids, trouble shooted every possible cenario, had manufacturer reps present and working on ideas. The problem was taken care of and for 2-3 weeks we heard nothing. Then another call saying the issue was the same. After a total of 5 trips out to property, we told them that we have done all we can do. It may be time to call the manufacturer directly to find a solution. WE were at this customers becon call for over a month, and worked very hard to solve their issue. There was no yelling, and we have taken every call on personal cells and office line. We have done all we can do there. 3 different entities have checked out this sytem and say it should be working fine. We are at a loss at how to please this customer. After this many trips- at no cost at all to the customer- we feel that there is not a way to satisfy their needs. We told them that maybe it was time to try another option. We wish this customer good luck- but sometimes things may be user error. We have put numerous hours and and costs into this solution. We wish them the best.

We have weekly service with them, and they come out on every Tuesday. They have a special, where we pay for one week less. They are okay. They have an answering service. We can never really reach them, but they are really comfortable calling us back. We appreciate that. It is a family owned business. They come out every Tuesday morning, so no complaints there. The pool looks pretty good. They send out an invoice, but we can call them, and she takes the information over the phone. She can send email, if we prefer an invoice through the email.
Description of Work: We use the services of Back 2 Blue for pool maintenance every Tuesday.

We enjoy the relationships that we have bulit over the years with our weekly service customers. We make sure that if we are not in the office that the phone calls are answered- even if by the service- then returned in a timely manner.
