 + -1 moreBob adjusted the setting on the unit, made sure it was running top notch and gave me all the info we needed to know what to expect from it.
Description of Work: Bob made sure our heat pump was running efficiently and functioning 100%. We had no idea how a heat pump worked let alone that the loud noise that was coming from the unit every 30 minutes had to do with the unit defrosting itself. As soon as Bob walked in the door and I started explaining what our concern was with the unit he knew exactly what I was talking about and of course there was no issue with the unit at all. We owners of the heat pump needed him to explain exactly how the thing worked and the noise coming from it was normal.

 + -1 moreIt went well from start to end. There were some parts that had to be ordered but Bob got those and brought them out as soon as he got them. Now it no longer sounds like a bad percussion session going on in my attic!
Description of Work: Troubleshot, and replaced fan and housing in airhandler in attic.

 + -1 moreBob arrived on time and called ahead to advise he was on his way. He checked over the unit, replaced the air filter, washed the coils and put in a p-trap. (the previous company that installed the unit did not put in the PVC drain correctly.) He took a pictures so I could see that the flashing by the roof's edge needed to be patched and what the new drain system looked like. He was very thorough and had a great attitude. I will spread his name so other owners can benefit from his great service.

Description of Work: I have been using AZ AC for a number of years now since they were dispatched from my home warranty company. Since then I only use them for my A/C and heating. Bob and Aaron are both very professional, punctual and care about getting the job done. My AC units needed fixing on the hottest day of the year and they make sure you don't have to wait long while everyone is calling them. They have always completed the job. They also have done work outside of warranty fixes and all the jobs have been completed as expected. I've just moved to a new house and will continue to use them. I have also recommended them to friends and they have all been very happy with their service.

 + -1 moreThey were great. They were the subcontractors for the air conditioning unit replacement through our home warranty. We waited for a while because they were gone on vacation and we liked the gentleman who came. So we waited till they were back. They put the new unit and made sure that it drained properly. We had no problems with it and they did a very good job. They listened to our concerns and explained how they addressed those concerns. They arrived when they said they would and finished the job with minimal hassles. They were nice.
Description of Work: AZ Eddys AC inspected our air conditioner and then later replaced it in November.
