+ 0 moreI hired professionals so that the hardware was done accurately. Hardware needs to be done with precision. Mark Boyd and his partner did not use templates and or levels to ensure the accuracy of the hardware. The result is that every drawer is completely off and on a slant. THEY REFUSE TO CORRECT THEIR MISTAKE! They wanted us to pay cash and now I know why... we have no recourse to correct or dispute their horrible job. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY are rude and unprofessional. We asked for them to correct their errors and they refuse--terrible service. We have filed a complaint with the BBB as well.
Description of Work: We had our cabinets refinished and new hardware installed on the bathroom and kitchen cabinets.
