+ -1 moreTHEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY COULD'VE BEEN BETTER AT EXPLAINING ISSUES. THEIR LANGUAGE IS TOO TECHNICAL, UNDERSTANDING THE CONCEPTS, OR IN MY CASE THE CONSEQUENCES, IS DIFFICULT. WITH BETTER COMMUNICATION I COULD HAVE DONE THIS EASIER & QUICKER.
Description of Work: I HAD TWO VIRUSES ATTACK MY COMPUTER. THEY WERE ABLE TO SAVE MY DATA, CLEAN THE HARDDRIVE AND GET ME BACK TO WORK IN 36 HOURS. THEN THEY HELPED ME REINSTALL SOFTWARE AND DATA BY PHONE FOR NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
