Arrived in a timely manner. Was able to schedule work when it was agreeable to me. Explained what he was going to do as well as what to expect of door opener (able to connect with phone so can close even when away from home, etc). Very professional. Came in, did what was required without impacting what I was doing. Worth the money spent as I had seen another company charging more for just the labor, not including the parts.
