Chris was friendly and helpful, fixed the problem in short order and replaced some old parts.

From day one meeting Travis giving us a quote to the 2 gentleman that fixed our garage door the experience was a eye opener. Now days it is hard not knowing who you can trust or not trust . It was great. They understood the fact that I couldn't get my car out of the garage and they came over to fix the problem almost immediately. Got a call instantly, liked what I heard and went ahead with them. My car was stuck in the garage so they scheduled me for first thing in the morning. They identified the tech by name, he showed up on time and finished the work in less than an hour. From beginning to end I got e-mail messages about my status. I didn't price shop it - the quote was about 25% higher than a similar repair a few years ago but they replaced my old single spring with a dual spring and re-lubed my opener drive. It sounds pretty sweet now.
