Very happy with the doors. We had issues with sales and service showing up on time. Installer should have had a second person to help expedite the install which took 2 days. Overall good value and quality product.

I have to say they were one of the first people that responded when I checked HomeAdvisor so I didn't have a problem with that. But what I did have a problem with is that when the technician came to fix my garage door, he did not have the piece that I needed have the job done. And I told him that this was a home inspection project and I needed it done as soon as possible. So he called up someone in the company and said they had to order the piece and it would probably take at least a week. So I said I would try to talk with my realtor to see if that would be okay. The technician then said I will collect $65 for the visit and I was kind of shocked that I would be charged that much when I knew the project wasn't going to be completed. I understand it's about making money, but with the job not even started, I was billed $65 for the visit and I will most likely never use this company again.

Just a great professional did a great job!

Jay was the tech that came out to do the work on my garage door. From the beginning all he wanted to do is sell me a new door. I wanted braces put on to strengthen the door. He finally started putting on the braces but was clear he didn't want to. Once he finished the work it was clear he left the top without a brace and it still caught when closing. I told him to brace the top and he refused telling me "No, I wont do that". He said that it would be too heavy (the braces are aluminum). Bottom line is he left the top panel catching so we would have to replace the door (at a higher price). The argument that ensued resulted in my ordering him off my property and a call to the office was the only way the job got finished. There was no justification for the way Jay talked to me or his refusal to finish the job. I would never rehire this company to repair anything.

Extremely knowledgable and highly efficient. Customer service was overall very good, however starting price and extra services offerings seemed like high pressure selling. Had to bargain a lot to get down to what I consider a 'reasonable' price considering a 5-year warranty. Have not read the warranty 'small print' yet, but will update my comments after I read the warranty in detail. Overall job speed and quality outstanding. Ads are misleading but then that is part of the 'foot in the door bargaining' that most of the others engage in.

Our emergency involved not being able to close the garage door. Now, you can't have that or you're inviting trouble. Chris showed up a little early and was friendly and fixed the problem in a most timely manner. Well done, Chris and Thank You!!
