I paid double for service and repair than my next door neighbor just a week later. I’ve already gone to social media and Yelp and have fact about there prices. Never again, I’ll lose then name and number and screw the warranty crap.

This company provided a detailed estimate and gave an explanation of the process that made me feel comfortable. Travis did not try to sell me on the product, his presentation did that for him. Chris (installer) was very professional and clean up after he finished the install. He then took the time to give me a brief how to before giving me the manual.

It took longer than I thought for the tech to come out but it was on the same day near the end so otherwise I would use them again.

They stick to their schedule and you get a picture of the tech prior to their arrival so you know exactly who to expect to do your work. Very good policy to give a sense of security to their customers.

Annual maintenance will cost $99 just to come and inspect. Some parts have standard warranty. They install Liftmaster— I could not find anything better suited to my needs, but I wanted one with all controls low enough not to need a ladder ever.

They were courteous, professional and provided and installed a new door to replace a very old, original, manual door. I appreciate that they did it on my schedule and not necessarily theirs. Timing was important and they worked with me. The finished project looks great and works well.

I was contacted quickly and made an appointment at the time and date I chose. I was provided with a photo of the installation professional taken at his last semi annual background check. I was given a price when I made the appointment. As the installer carries a wide variety of units in his vehicle he made me aware of another option when he arrived. I upgraded and it is exactly what I needed. I wasn't aware the features I upgraded to were available until he got here. Installation was quick. Technician was knowledge and friendly. I gave them a 3 for price because I did not shop around. Price quoted seemed fair. I rated 4 for work quality assuming there will be no issues. Works fine now.

Chris is an excellent with customer relations. he is also very knowledgeable and professional. You need to keep personnel of this caliber!!!!!
