They called quickly to confirm the initial appointment. It went very smoothly.

Service was excellent but I should have asked for an estimate beforehand. $135/hr labor rate seems extremely high for relatively simple repair work that requires few special tools or extensive training. Since the actual job only took about half an hour, I guess the other half hour was for the drive. Wish I got paid that much to drive around town. The part required was a pair of cable drums, which were $130. I later found the same part numbers on amazon for a whopping $16.25. Needless to say, I'm feeling a little sore and will never use these people again. I will say they were prompt and friendly, so that's a plus.
