Jay was very good. On the initial visit he explained all of my options thoroughly and worked with me to select the best door for the best price. On the install visit (the next day!) he performed the entire installation by himself! I was amazed to see him unload those heavy panels from the top of his truck. His work went fast (about 4 hours) because he knew every step, and installation looks great. Very happy that he guided me to steel backed door and the LiftMaster I selected. It is a quality door with very good thermal and acoustic insulation, and the LiftMaster is quiet except for a muted whine from the DC motor. The door is much quieter than the one I replaced, but do not expect total silence. During opening the wheels on each side travel through the bends in the guide tracks that transition from a vertical section to a horizontal section. In the vertical section each door panel lifts the panels beneath it, so the wheels to not bear any load from the weight of the panels. On the other hand, in the horizontal section the wheels must bear all of the weight of the panels , so in the bend the load on the wheels is changing , and they clack as they shift around. I wanted it to be quieter, so Jay spent an extra hour fine tuning the tracks to minimized the noise. Now I am quite satisfied, and really appreciate Jay's extra efforts.

Good job fixing the problem. But, like most service companies, wanted to add on services I feel I did not need. Charged me an extra $75 to replace a frayed cable that took about 10 minutes. Good guys but be ready for the sales pitch for extra services you may not really need.

Jay Lambert of Arizona's Best did a great job of listening to the issues we were having, explained precisely what he was going to do to address our concerns and complete the adjustment, lubrication and door tune-up. He was quick and thorough and walked us through the issues to look out for and simple maintenance we can do in between tune-ups. Great experience!
