Jay replaced my springs and installed a new garage door opener. Jay was AMAZING! We had trouble getting the WiFi to work with my router and he figured out that I needed to use the 2.4 GHz part of the router, not the 5 GHz frequency. He stayed with me as we worked through this, installing and uninstalling the MyQ app on my phone. Very patient and easy going. He advised me that my springs were weak and that I could live with them, but opener would have to lift a heavier load (Liftmaster WLED), which it could, but would shorten the life of the motor, so we decided to replace the springs. NO hard sell. He also got the outside keypad working and my car set up with the door opener. He patiently when through the controls on the controllers interface and help me set up a 'garage door open alert' on my phone. Awesome! Thank you Jay! Also, they had a sell on the Liftmaster WLED, that was $100 to $200 below competitors. Excellent value. Finally, I talked to the owner Travis 3 times with questions before settling on this company and he was great to talk to, always positive and centered.

On time service , clear explanations, quality work and a fair price

I have no idea how to rate the value for what I paid since I haven't needed these repairs ever! I don't feel ripped off, yet not knowing the market I couldn't give them 5 stars on value. However, I would hire them again without hesitation.

They came out and did a professional job and I would recommend them to anyone, did job in timely manner and everything went well.

On a very busy day my garage door wouldn t open. I used Angie s List and Irene called me immediately. Her customer service was excellent and was able to get someone to my house in less than a hour. She was wonderful and removed all the stress I was feeling over missing meetings. Jay came out and fixed the problem in no time. I highly recommend them!

Travis Trentham was the service rep that fixed my garage door today, 3-30-2019. Upon his arrival he immediately identified the cause of my problem, explained it to me and proceeded to then correct the problem and repair that which was necessary to make the necessary repairs. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I will recommend your company to my friends and, should the need ever again arise to where I experience door problems, I will call your company without hesitation.

Cody did a great job with install! Very courteous and professional! Explained product and install process to my satisfaction. He also kept me in the loop every step of the way as company had to re-schedule... my time was flexible so it all worked out. I would use this company again!

I was very impressed with the customer service and the fact that I needed someone to fix my garage door ASAP. Cody was out here within 2 hours and replaced the broken springs on my garage door opener within the hour. I was happy with the quick service,the price was reasonable, and I will definitely use them again.

Without sharing all the complicated details, I will say that when things do not go perfectly due to extenuating circumstances, you want to have the best helping you out and I feel I had that. Travis and Cody provided great service and Chris was knowledgeable and efficient. I’m not sure I would have completely understood why they are so highly reviewed under different circumstances.
