I had Cody Fitfield do the New Garage door and what a true Gentleman and hilarious young man!! Great Asset to the company for sure. His fried Jay came to help him later when it was time to install the panels, again another great guy. When I was able to go and check on thier progress they always gave me a GREAT hard time, they had me in stitches!!!! Thanks for being such a great couple of guys, you have my heart felt thanks...My new Garage Door is AMAZING, I got the Carriage style and what a beauty it is! Maggie

I was very impressed with this company. During my preparation to paint my garage door, I noticed that the trim had pulled away from the wood frame and had buckled in places. I placed a request for services on the Home Advisor site and Tim, from Arizona's Best Garage contacted me promptly. He gave me a rough estimate over the phone and scheduled a technician to come out the same day. Chris came out and looked at the trim. He provided me with an estimate and scheduled my service for the next day. I was very impressed with Chris's friendliness and professionalism. He answered my questions and completed the job in a timely manner. He did run into some difficulty with splintering wood during the removal of the old trim, but do to the age of my home, I don't think it could have been avoided. I am pleased with the final outcome. There was a misunderstanding on my part regarding the addition of the $65.00 service fee, but the company did remove it from the final charge. I will utilize this company in the future. As a side note, the morning of my service, my elderly mother called me an told me that one of her garage door springs had broken. I contacted Tim prior to my services and was able to schedule Chris to perform my mother's repair after mine. As I am cautious about who provides services to my mother, I was able to meet Chris at her home and introduce him to her. He checked to make sure there were no other issues her garage door. Chris performed this repair quickly. We both liked his friendly and engaging manner. Speaking for myself and my mother, we will use this company in the future and would not hesitate to recommend their services to others.

Repaired a spring i believe, as the door dropped and would not lift up. Works good now. They fixed the issue. They did a good job.

Tim contacted me within minutes of putting in a request at 7pm at night. He had a tech at my house the next day and repaired the broken garage door spring. They kept in contact with myself and my tenant. Also received an email and a text with a picture, background check, and Bio of the tech coming to do the repair. They were great and I highly recommend them for any garage door repair!

Very professional and knowledgeable.

The tech was exceptional. He diagnosed withing two minutes and made the repair in about an hour. The appointment was made easily and the tech arrived in the allotted tine frame. Highly recommend.

Responded quickly to the Home Advisor request in the evening and were out to install the new garage door opener the next morning. The work was done within two hours to our complete satisfaction. The new belt driven opener was a great improvement over the previous chain driven system.
