Technician Jay Lambert showed up within the agreed on time frame (even after fighting a traffic jam on the 101) and diagnosed my garage door problem quickly and efficiently. He provided all information pertaining to the needed repairs to my wife and myself and had all the necessary materials on his truck to get the repair done quickly and at what we considered to be a reasonable price. Jay did an excellent job and I would not hesitate to recommend Jay and this company to anyone needing repairs. Great job and many thanks!
