Our garage door broke and was propped open in an unsecure position Sunday night. Cody, our repair person, came Monday, after his scheduled day at 630pm and completed the repair within 2 hours to include installing a new garage door opener. He was efficient, professional and friendly. He gave us information on how to prevent our door going out in the future. The prompt service and reasonable price for such an unexpected expense was fabulous. We give this company our highest recommendation. The torsion springs on my garage door were replaced by Mike Leonard. Even though he was delayed when he came to me late Saturday evening after a long and difficult previous job, and was obviously tired, he was skillful, efficient, and friendly. I'm very satisfied with Mike and Arizona's Best Garage Door and Repair Company.

Did not expect same day service on a Saturday, but Chris showed up, on time, and delivered above and beyond service. Right torsion spring was broken. and he also identified some issues with the cams within the pulley that would have caused issues in the not too distant future. Competitive prices and warranty that others make you pay for. Company in my favorites list now. Thank you!

I had a cheap out of date spring system for my garage door put in by Shea Homes, who would think! And after having to replace two garage door openers I find out that THEY DID USE A DOOR SPRING THAT WAS CONSIDERED OBSOLETE! I called and spoke to the manager I think last night and he had two professionals come at 7:00 AM and put the correct springs for a 150-160 lb door, it works awesome and they even set everything up for my new 3/4 hp belt drive opener, which they did not have to but they did. Works great and can't hear my door closing or opening like I here my neighbors across the street. Thank you very much Arizona's Best and Cody for doing a proper spring system for my heavy door!! Won't call anyone else ever. And I have cards to hand out to the other angry customers who have replaced openers thinking it would fix the problem it does until it dies again. It's the cheap spring systems Shea used, which is about par for them. I liked the online video on u Tube that even showed how to change springs. Great company and don't overcharge.
