Aquienta Pools

This company scams you on the warranty and will not stand behind their construction and material issues that should be covered. Had to pay another company to fix their work…. Don’t recommend!

I used them for 13 years but i got rid of them because they were breaking my timers, the pool was not clean, it could not swim on weekends because it was filled with chemicals. They were not professional. They didn't have any records of what was done. I do not recommend them. They were not bad with price.

I couldn't have been happier with the results. From consultation and design plan to completion and clean up this company is really professional. I wanted a spa feel to my back area and that's just what I got. Kelsey was my personal project manager and she was fantastic! She communicated well and made sure my every request was met. I changed my mind a few times on colors and once the project began I added a few things. She made me feel like my wish was her command. Every sub was scheduled through the main project manager and things ran smoothly. It was a long project and complex but it turned out amazing. Here were some areas I think Aquienta excels, they clean up every day, they have an eye for detail, they come out and give a personal consultation and user instruction at the end of the project. If I called and said a paver was loose or a paint wasn't quite right, it was fixed immediately.

Tore down existing vinyl lined pool and removed all debris. Designed and built a pebble sheen full sized pool with sheer descent waterfall. Installed cool deck and planter boxes by pool. Service from day one was superb. Kept us informed throughout the process and performed all work on time and to our satisfaction. Everyone we dealt with was polite and honest. They cleaned up the work site every day. Left our yard beautiful upon completion of the pool. We have used them for all service on the equipment. We have been very pleased with all their work.

I think they do a really good job, I've been using them for 20 years. They are extremely competent and know what they are doing. They are good and dependable, not necessarily cheap. To me it is worth the money.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY BEFORE. THEY ARE ALWAYS COURTEOUS AND REASONABLE IN PRICE. THEY ALWAYS EXPLAIN WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND WHY.
