We are very, very pleased with the new roof and gutters that Anthony and his team installed on our 108-year-old house in Catonsville, MD. They came immediately to give us an estimate. They scheduled within days and completed the big job in two days which was difficult given the many rainy days we had to work around this fall. Everything was cleaned up beautifully. The team is responsive, courteous, smart, prompt, and professional. We were thrilled to find such a great family-owned company to help us. They take great pride and care in their work. They guarantee their work. We are looking forward to having them give us an estimate to paint the exterior of our home this spring. Everything about the experience was great! We highly recommend this company.

Before Thanksgiving, I found a leak in the bathroom. I called this company and they came out the same day to check out the problem. Two weeks later, the roof was repaired - two exhaust seals were replaced with aluminum for $600. The leak was fixed which was great. I also asked for a couple of additional minor repairs while they were on the roof and they agreed. However, this work was never done and the company is not responding back. Because of this lack of customer service, I gave an overall 3 rating.

Fast turn around time and friendly service. I’ll sleep better knowing the leak is fixed before it rains yet again.

Anthony's crew came early, braved the cold on the roof, showed no signs of rushing the job to move to the next (even though they had another two for the day ahead), and the foreman was very attentive to every detail. They cleaned the site spotless. I think of the repair as a bit pricey, but all things considered (valley-type roof is a tough nut; hopefully stopped leak; quality job; support local business) I can settle, especially if the problem is solved and no follow-up repair is needed. That's left to be seen for the next nor'easter.

I originally called Mr. Holden out on 10/26/18 to repair a leak in my townhouse roof, but my roof's age (estimated at about 17 years) and the location of the leak (along the ridge vent) made a roof replacement his final recommendation. I agreed, figuring the investment would be worth it in the long run. When his crew came out to remove and replace the old roof on 10/29/18, they discovered it was much older and in worse shape than we'd originally thought. In fact, I'm surprised it only had the one leak. Anyway, in one day, the roofers removed the old roof; replaced all of the paper-thin, splintering plywood with 1/2 inch stuff; put down GAF under layment and shingles; and cleaned up every scrap. Mr. Holden also convinced me to replace my cheapo squirrel-trampled gutters with LeafGuards, which his crew finished installing the very next day. All in all, the finished product is gorgeous! Working with Mr. Holden and his crew was a pleasant experience. I priced out all of the supplies (I looked items up at the website) and labor, and the final project price was fair for the fast, high quality workmanship and the high-quality materials. I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

Anthony came out quickly to provide us a quotation for the work. He also made recommendations on how to beat do the job. When it was time to do the work he coordinated with the company we hired to remove our solar panels and completed the work in one day. The job site was clean and the work was excellent. I would gladly use this company again.

I recently purchased a 60 year old house that is in need of a few minor repairs. One of those being a small hole in my roof that caused water damage to my living room ceiling. I found Anthony here at Home Advisor and he returned my call promptly to set up a date to come to my house. Just a few days later he came over and now there is no more hole in my roof. All that and for only $50. I am very grateful to have that load of anxiety off my mind. I would definitely hire Anthony again.

Anthony quickly came out to look at a leak issue I was having. It ended up that we found four separate leaks and quickly shifted gears to a roof replacement since the existing roof was 26 years old. Anthony and crew were here the next day and had the new roof up by 3:30 in the afternoon. The roof looks great and I am very happy with the workmanship.

We originally brought in Anthony to repair a couple of flashing leaks and wanted to get it done asap due to a pending hurricane. We also asked him to give us a quote on replacing the roof and gutters which we had planned on doing in the next few months. As it turns out we liked his quote and particularly liked the fact that we could get the roof done in the next 2 days. We gave him the OK and his crew completed on time and did an excellent job.

I recommend Isaac Holden Contracting. All aspects of repairs that needed to be done to my leaking roof and gutter were explained. The turn around time from quote to completion of work was two days! I'm thrilled with the fact that they were able to "match" replaced asphalt roof shingles... can't tell where my roof was repaired! Workers were polite, thorough and efficient. This is a very good company to deal with. The estimates were spot on and and very fair. Everyone from the owner to their workmen were very courteous and accommodating. They showed up on time, and worked quickly and efficiently. They even fixed some rot that was found while taking down the old gutters. They didn’t give me a hard sell like two other gutter companies. A very good experience. A definite recommend!
