Anthony was great from the start, up front, explain exactly what he was going to do, when he was coming out and when he was finished. I would recommend him for any work.

The work crew was excellent, and we're very happy with the new gutters. But I'd like to let Home Advisor know that it's very confusing when they recommend three companies and two of them are owned by brothers who have the same last name and who are in competition. So we asked for an estimate from Anthony, but Isaac called and showed up. And it's actually Anthony's grandfather who shows up to assess the job and give an estimate. He's very charming, but way too aggressive a salesman. After we signed the contract to have the gutters replaced, he immediately started pushing other jobs: roofing, painting, etc. And when my husband declined, he went next door to our elderly neighbors and tried to sell them on several jobs, insisting on talking to the wife, who adamantly refused. Our neighbor said he "just didn't know how to get rid of him." We're very attached to those neighbors and did not appreciate that at all.

Mr. Holden and his crew were extremely professional and very accommodating. Not only did they do everything they said they would do by contract, they did the little additional things at no cost. Specifically, they power-washed the house before painting and included the walkway and patio at no charge and fixed broken siding to make the finished product look that much better. They were very quality oriented. We'll employ them again in other update projects.

Anthony Jr. and his team were a pleasure to work with. They were professional, courteous and attentive. Couldn't have had a more pleasant experience. Would definitely hire again.

Mr Holden was very quick in responding to me request for an estimate, in fact here was at our home within 3 hours of my inquiry. I had some estimates for Gutters, and siding, as well as a structural issue with a Bay Window in the front of our home. Mr Holden clearly explained what was needed to correct all the issues we ha with the repairs we needed and gave me a quote for thew repairs. After some negotiation we agreed to a price and we shook on the deal. His crew arrived the very next morning and immediately began replacing the fascia boards and soffit and gutters, we also agreed on a price to repair the structural issues with the roof and bay window, as well as replacing the old ceder siding with new vinyl. His entire crew was extremely professional and hard working. They worked very hard for 5 days completely this big project and I could not be more impressed with the workmanship and attention to detail, especially their lead guy Diego, He was a perfectionist as well as the entire crew. I would HIGHLY recommend Anthony Holden Remodeling to any and all of my friends. My Wife and I are literally back in love with our home after this work was completed. I cannot thank Mr Holden and his entire crew enough for the fantastic work that was done and completed in such a timely fashion. Thank You Mr Holden for your honesty and your constant contact and making sue we were happy

they were good but the value for money was a bit high however you get what you paid for! They were absolutely perfect!

He had to deal with very difficult tenants. He did so with calm professionalism without which the deal would not have taken place.

Anthony Holdens team came out the next day after we selected them to fix our leaky roof, which is not yet old enough for an entire replacement, although others tried to talk us into it, but only needed repairs in few areas. Their team completed the repairs promptly where required, and for a little extra cost, they re-chalked our furnace chimney, which also had been a source of leaks. I waited a couple of weeks for it to rain several times before doing this review because I wanted to verify all sources of leaks were repaired and so far with the latest few short thunderstorms I have not seen any leaks inside the house in the areas of their repairs. Great job guys and thanks for the prompt response and reasonable costs. Definitely would recommend Anthony Holden and his team.
