Very good response and they were competitive but the salesman did not seem very familiar with the type of installation we needed and we ultimately chose another provider.

The installers, Ricardo and Sean installed a window three weeks ago, and today reinstalled two doors. The installers are not only highly professional doing the installation (doors fit close to perfect, look and work great), but they also put extra effort into doing detailed finish work, are very clean, arrived on time, and friendly. They also installed a highly energy efficient thermo pane window three weeks ago, again outstanding. The window looks and works great. I highly recommend American Vision Windows to anyone in the valley who needs door or windows.

Extremely loooooong,detailed presentation of product and company as well as reasons to purchase their windows and installation vs. others--was informative but could have done it in half the time. I had done a lot of research and didn't need the canned presentation, just wanted my specific questions answered but he kept stopping me. That I an deal with--after all he has to make a living too. Most annoying, however, was that when it came time to write up a quote, it took him FOREVER--probably longer than the presentation itself. I would have been happy with an e-mailed quote after he figured it all out, but he wanted to complete it on the spot. Turns out that's part of their sales pitch-- the old "if you sign today" deal (which I told him I never do); then he called the "closer" (my term because it felt a bit like buying a used car!) who was willing to give me another "day to sleep on it" before the price went back up. After I emailed the sales manager the next day, he gave me until the end of the week. I appreciate a bottom line from the beginning. When purchasing something this expensive, any company that supposedly can give such a great deal, should be honest about their bottom line rather than resorting to sleazy sales techniques. If they can still make a profit at $10,000 less, than they should go with that. I guess it's not totally dishonest, just annoying, and shows lack of respect for their customers. I might have done business with them if not for this. I do believe they have a good product and good install history, but can't support a company that likely takes advantage of less wary folks.

Installers were efficient and hauled away their debris. Explained how the doors locked and the lifetime warranty.

Went very well. Were very proficient, kept us up to date on process and when windows were manufactured, when came in and process of installation. Made a huge difference in coolness of homes and insulation of sound. They even called after work was completed and asked if everything was completed to our satisfaction. Had a really great experience with American Vision. Looked at several completing window suppliers, but ended up using American Vision. There sales, support, and installation staff was amazing. Sales and support was very responsive when I had questions. Installation team was awesome. The quality of their install was superior. Installed all windows in a single day, including a 12-foot 3-panel, very heavy, sliding glass door. I will recommend them to others and use them on window and window treatment projects going forward.

Etc. Mr. Wells demonstrates the epitome of excellence as an experienced, kind and qualified professional representative. The follow up by the follow up measurement gentleman and the ?strategy? gals on the phone was timely, pleasant and professional. The two installers were prudent, efficient, pleasant and professional. The word ?professional? is not repeated by accident. After our highly pleasing experience in dealing with all of these ?professionals? every step of the way we are extremely happy with the beautiful products which have drastically improved the appearance of the home inside and out to like new status. We intended to attain better energy and comfort efficiency but did not expect the drastic improvement in noise reduction and ?vision?. Other benefits are too numerous too mention but by far and away the most impressive one is that when it was suggested that one change could be made that we had overlooked it was handled immediately, without discussion and without one single extra dime of cost. We not only highly and fervently recommend American Vision Windows, if I had more time I would join Mr. Wells as a representative just for the pure joy of helping people to immediately improve their homes and to a significant degree, improve their lives. Very pleased with the overall experience. The crew was prompt, courteous, and tidy. I would highly recommend their services.

Never had the chance to meet. Sales person was a bust. Appreciated greatly how the customer service company and the owner handled my concern and maybe the next time I would give them a call. Definitely would request a different sales person.

It was great. It was a good door and they installed it relatively quickly. It was basically just quality work. The only issue was that the door was hand built and it took 2 months but they had told me that ahead of time.

They were great. They were a little confused when they came to install it. The installer thought it might be the wrong size, but then, they eventually got it worked out, and it was the right size. It is a great window; that window is wonderful. We had too much sun coming in through that window and it made all the difference in that room. The price must have been good because we shopped around. I think they were on time.

Quality was good. There was something with the measurement of the windows that was off and they had to order another one. They guarantee their work and it is a lifetime warrantee. I've not had any issues so far.

This was for two homes' replacement windows.Prompt response. Much time spend with order,measurements and questions. They worked with me so that I could schedule airfare to arrive for the install. Manufactured and delivered as promised. The install crew was fantastic! Greg, Jeff, Joe and Tom the first day. 2 others the next two days, minus Tom. The crew was organized, knowledgeable, hard-working, skilled, prepared and pleasant. They took care to protect the surroundings and cleaned up very well. The windows and doors look great. I am happier than I expected. The only issue was with the salesman. Perhaps our personalities conflicted, but we had a couple issues that did get resolved and I purchased windows for two homes. I would definitely use this company again and recommend it and this particular crew to all.

AVW's was very responsive and professional during the sales and installation process. They were prompt, polite, clean and did a high quality installation. AVW is slightly pricey, but you get what you pay for. I would recommend them for your window needs.

From the initial contacts through the installation they were extremely professional. The installation went smoothly. They were on time and cleaned up thoroughly. Great to deal with and we love the windows. Almost eliminated outside noise. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Roger Anderson

Great job. Well done, excellent cleanup and the crews were very polite and professional. The windows, with their "Arizona" package, help cool the house and almost eliminate any noise. No need for any sun screens.

The estimate for the job was about double for a lesser product. They were quick to come out and bid High on cost about double

There was good follow-up when there were questions or issues to resolve.

It turned out excellent! The windows slide very nicely. Very good quality and we're very happy with the job they did. The guy that ran the job and the salesman were good. They stuck to what they were selling and their quality. It took about 6 weeks to get the windows after we ordered them which seemed a little slow though.

The windows look great! The windows actually cooled the house down 8-9 degrees which is what I was looking for. I was looking for a window that would keep the heat out and they provided just that. There was no need to call them out for any follow ups because everything turned out just as I wanted it. They did a really good job. I was very happy with the work. There was a crew of four people and they cleaned up everything very well. I felt the price was really good and they were one of the lower bids.

sliding glass door.They replaced all 13 windows in the house .They also replaced 1 sliding glass door. they made a mess but they cleaned it up very well.

I called over the weekend and got their voicemail but didn't leave a message. A really nice lady called me back (it was a Sunday morning even) and took down my information. She let me know up front they do not offer repairs on windows they did not install but referred me to another company that she highly recommended. She didn't give me his contact info but assured me I would get a call from them because they are just as good at customer service as American Vision. So I was impressed with the call back and the referral but that's where the positive side ends. I never got a call from anyone and even gave them until late the following Wednesday but of course had to call American Vision back. This time I did get a call back but the guy was not very friendly and his quote was outrageous for a window repair! So I did not go with them and was not impressed with the referral.
